I love that all my remaining December weekend afternoons will be busy thanks to this drama. I missed it, but time went by quicker than expected.
I really like the pace of the story - they only have 10 episodes to summarize and finish all subplots so there is no time to dwell too much. I wouldn't mind 20 more episodes of this drama though.
The chemistry is also off-charts! I liked Jung Somin but Go Yoon Jung is doing a terrific job - I can see Mu Deok in her sometimes. I guess she will become more like herself as time goes by. Cannot wait when Jang Uk finds out the truth and realizes all these deja vu moments. I think he will soon start noticing the familiarity that he had with Mu Deok. The same will happen with Yul and Crown Prince (cannot wait for their first meeting next week - considering the preview I think it's going to be hilarious).
I think we have already seen four boys from 1st episode as grown-ups (Sung Joon, Sung Hoon, Charles, and Jung In Sung). I'm wondering whether some of them work together, in particular, I'm curious whether Sung Hoon is involved. His righteous persona is too suspicious. Moreover, the mother of Sung Hoon and Sung Joon gives me villainous vibes as well - she's definitely somehow connected to past events.
I like how this drama is directed and written so far. It seems unpredictable and sets the grounds for the further developments perfectly. For now I'm more drawn to In Kyung's character and story. I like her honesty and straightforwardness.
Who is the Blue Orchid? Is Park Jae Sang somehow connected with In Joo's company (he's already connected with remainig two sisters)? What will be Do Il's role? Is Hwayoung really dead? There are so many questions already.
1. If the names on the card given by Mi Ho to Changho are correct, then: a) mayor Choi indicated the right names as he is the Big Mouse or he is connected with the Big Mouse somehow or was aware that the list was fake and somehow got the real one (for now - not likely based on his reactions); b) as it was Mi Ho who was given a card with names, she could have changed them into the right ones as she is the Big Mouse or connected with the Big Mouse somehow (I liked the theory of Mi Ho and Changho working together but that would only make sense if he wanted to further drag mayor Choi into this situation for some reason and/or he knew about the mayor's list being fake); c) it could be also Changho's father-in-law as he would have easy access to the card given by the mayor Choi to Mi Ho, as he is the Big Mouse or connected with the Big Mouse somehow; d) Chango's lawyer swapped the card as he is the Big Mouse or connected with the Big Mouse; e) someone else has swapped the card that will be revealed later on. 2. If the names are not correct and Chango will answer correctly, then: a) he is the Big Mouse or connected with the Big Mouse (as above - the question remains why he would beg mayor Choi for help - either he wants to continue his role of a weak lawyer or/and he wants mayor Choi to be also implicated and in hot waters with Gong Ji Hoon); b) someone who is the Big Mouse or connected with the Big Mouse will unexpectedly help him in the meantime.
But tbh I think they will create some messy situation that will make him unable to answer at all (not indicating whether he really knows the names).
Also, the question remains: who tipped the prosecutors than Changho is the Big Mouse? Changho himself? The real Big Mouse? What for?
From my perspective definitely the suspicious persons in the prison are the prison guard, Jerry and the prisoner who wanted to find his daughter. Mayor Choi's wife also has connections and power and is suspicious but I think it has sth to do with the hospital more and its shady business with DNR.
PS: Is it just me who finds Mi Ho's full name too similar to gumiho?
I am proud to see that crown prince is suspecting the evils and not getting manipulated by them.
He is a smart one and keeps to himself. The fact that he's also already connected with Jang Uk will make it more difficult for him to hurt him later on (when Uk's birth secret gets revealed) as he will not be able to ignore his voice of reason.
This drama would be much better without So-i plot. I find it very unnecessary and annoying. They dragged it to…
I also felt frustrated by her, but I guess they needed here as a catalyst for Mudeok to find out that she's in Buyeon's body. The reference to the priestesses from the Jin family having the power of trapping a soul is also an interesting one.
U know when you know haha what a joke. Imagine Babi dating Yumi for an entire season and then breaking it off…
She stopped trusting him. It's very difficult to rebuild the trust in a relationship and she actually tried by giving her and Babi a second chance. It just wasn't the same any more as you cannot ignore sth that have already happened. You also cannot force yourself to love somebody even if that person is good to you.
Not gonna lie - loved this drama, but the ending got me frustrated. I wish we could see Yumi's story until the end.
I guess they left sth in case of third season (if it ever happens), but I'm not a fan of it. They could made this season longer and explore the story more.
I just love ML character in this drama. The guy is not without flaws, but he's smart, quick witted and straightforward…
I agree with you so much. He's such an appealing character (and he's not painted as a perfect one) and together with the FL they are just so fun to watch.
I love the scene in which they were trying to complete the test. It was hilarious!
I didn't expect for this drama to be this good but for now everything is on point. It's exciting that new characters keep appearing as it deviates from a standard formula.
I guess some haters are intentionally lowering the rating. Cannot be more childish than that.
The drama is very well-produced and I've enjoyed two first episodes. Please don't let the rating impact your decision to watch this drama as its definitely does not reflect its quality.

It's so entertaining and the bingo game was genius 😄 (I know I'm late lol).

Ps. Loved Joon Ki's cameo 😊
