This wasn't a big budget drama from the start. You can tell only from looking at the pre-release promotions. I doubt they have any special promotion or content prepared because they didn't anticipate the popularity the drama currently has. It's also airing alongside the drama with actors like Gong Yoo, Joo Jihoon and Jung Yumi. Truly a dark horse.
