Honestly it's hard to emote pain and actually have the viewer empathized with the character. Most of the time it doesn't translate or you don't 'feel' that connection. So what CY could do is quite amazing. 👏👏

-Even though SGD's motivation was simple jealousy from being bested, sometime it's the simplest thing that is the most shocking. You wouldn't expect such a petty thing such as jealousy could lead someone to do such heinous things but sometimes that's all it takes.

Ep 31 when LLH saw all the broken items he gave to SGD and walked off, and the camera zoom to his eyes and it shows such a desolate and despair look along with realization that he finally understood how SGD really felt about him growing up is why we all appreciate CY's acting. It was this slow progression of finally understanding what had gone unnoticed all these years and the hurt that stems from it.

After seeing all the comments about the episode dump that Iqiyi is about to do, never wanted a show to break the heat index like I do for this one. COME ON 10K!!! 🌡️🌡️🌡️
