They are such a bad pairing. Hopefully whatever his dreams are they are never gonna back together, she needs to work on herself and they both need different kind of peope in theor lives. Very ill matched

The only thing i wished is for them to give us a bit of ML point of view in the ending, him finally waking up in his bed with her on his side as he always wanted in 2022. But anyway we got the sofa scene, even if it was more catering her experience, but considering what horrible ending i was expecting this HE is fine by me 🤣😅

I cried a lot but at the end I'm convinced he became one with his past self when he 'merged' their memories, he didnt just give him his memories, they became one. As the future self would always update his memories i believe that 2022 wasnt a parallel future world as the ML was living in 2022 through all the time changes they did in 2021. So once he died and became one with his past self whole of the future 2022 world merged with the past 2021. They updated the timeline and the the ML to his 3.0 version 😅

And no childhood connection trope which I hate so much 😅 no love triangle I mean if you dont count past and future self, but at the end they became one. The other journalist guy wasnt there to annoy us, he liked her but never tried to interfere. Ah so refreshing. I cried a lot in the last episode but was quite happy at the end, it was really the only happy logical ending we could get

You cant see chemistry between the leads because there is no any even if you try to imagine it 😁 i think Allen ren is a typecast actor and if his characters is not engaging enough and the story is not written and paced well you cant get anything from him as he is not a stellar actor who can give life to a character even when the story falls flat

Now i realised i finished another of his dramas, The Blue Whisper. Obviously didnt left me a lot of impact if i forgot about it 😅 but i still listen to some songs from the OST 😆

Under the Power was the only show with him that I liked. I didnt finish One and Only and the sequel as after watching few episodes of both I just couldnt see the modern characters as reincarnation of the past, i really wanted a good ending for them in the past and didnt care for the ones in the modern times (as well the modern drama was boring for me). So i just put One and Only on long hold and dropped the other one. This one on the other hand was one of the biggest disappointments of 2022 together with See you Again. The trailers looked so interesting 🥲 and Thousand years for you has such a beautiful OST

The thing i liked the most was the opening ost and the trailer. Never thought anything in particular about Allen Ren and didnt find him visually interesting, but after watching Under the Power I really liked him. After that there was not even one drama with him i managed to finish.. I put this one hold as even with FFWD I just cant get through the episodes. Visually the leads are good looking and the FL is so much more beautiful, but the characters, the over acting, the dubbing, the premise of the story and the execution is just not captivating... the past connection was so underwhelming and the humour is cringy, can't see any possible way these two characters will have any chemistry at all. I can take it in small doses, the silliness etc, but this is just too much... when i finish the other shows I might try again just because I waited for this show for such a long time as it looked interesting...

So much unnecessary dragging... but they had to put useless stuff to fill all those episodes, together with the second couple 🥲

I dont think the second couple has any fans 😅😅😅 i think even the actors fans would find them and their romance cringy and obnoxious ☹️

I really loved it! It wasn't perfect but it was amazing in the things that matters the most for me: story logic (and by story logic meaning whatever logic is set with its rules in the story), pace, main leads characters and chemistry, number of episodes, plot... I was really invested in the main characters, i really wanted them happy and i was scared of the ending but they gave us some kind of Eternal Love 2 ending in which the two of the male leads from different timelines merged in one. In this case it is like the souls/memories became one as at the end they are the same person. So yes, I'm happy, it was the only nice, happy, logical and censorship approved ending possible. I really thought they will go some horrible it is only a dream route but no, they surprised me until the end

I was waiting for this one with low expections as some other shows were so disappointing, but what a surprise! I'm actually enjoying it so far and I like both the leads and their characters. As for now (ep 7) nobody is annoying 😄

I'm more concerned by the fact he jumped off the bridge in a drunken state and it seems they will just brush it off 🤷🏼‍♀️ he is too dependant on her, it is not healthy or romantic. Can't wait for him to mature emotionally as I just cringe on their so called romantic moments. They had good chemestry in the first ep when they met even if he was in high school 😅

I'm at episode 3 and I like the drama more than i thought I would, it is not perfect but it is enjoyable (not the biggest fan of the over the top filters). My only problem right now is that the ML is too clingy, needy and jealous. I understand he is young and immature so hope he will mature at some point 😅 And the drama is a nice 26 episodes so fingers cross that the light sport and romance story will flow nicely until the end :-) The FL is nice for now, hope they don't ruin her to put the ML on the pedestal like they do in 80% of cdramas 😭

I was about to write the same. It just gives the feeling of a comedy style love story from the early 00s, acting, comedy type, tropes etc. It was ok at the beginning, but even with low expectations I had to fastforward the last episodes to make it to the end

Yes she does, i dropped it too because i had enough of FL in dramas breaking stuff and taking no responsability for the over the top reactions. But I was happy that in this case she will be different and actually she is one of the best characters in the drama IMHO

I still dont like the first episode, it was just bad, got so much better after and not so great in the last few episodes. Hoping in will pick up at the end

I confess i dropped the drama once after watching the first episode as the ML character looked like a caricature of a low life and after the FL broke the sidemirror on his car. It got so much on my nerves as I hate when they potray women in this way. Anyways I gave it another shot and actually it got better, the FL was actually willing to take responsibility (financially) for the damage she caused. The last couple of episodes were a letdown with not so logical behaviour from the ML regarding the guy in the special room... but i guess writers didnt know how to add more drama... 🤷🏼‍♀️

I am trying to finish episode 5 for a week now... even with fast forwarding it is a torture. None of the characters are really interesting and the story is just too silly and not funny. And my standards are not even that high for this kind od drama 🤣 I'll try more because it seems i like to torture myself
