Wow, I didn’t realize how young Arthur is. I have yet to watch any of his work but plan to watch the latest one with DD for sure. Can anyone suggest another drama of his worth watching? Thanks in advance take care.
Thanks for all this feed back… definitely hard to rate this one, thought the plot writing was off, way too out there for me to ‘just accept’. Love both FL/ML but didn’t think their lines, as well as others were so great. Thought there were some heightened points of “this is getting good” for sure, especially all the fight scenes, ha! But when I had to rewatch scenes and start to think “what the heck is going on here” I lose interest 🤨 For the sake of not quitting it, already got to Ep23 so I’m grinning & bearing it to its completion!
Loving this show, after 25 Eps I can finally give a rating since it has not disappointed. Love the 2 leads, the support characters are all great too, makes for good humor and interaction. I feel a bad twist in the story coming up just from seeing the credits, but I hope it all ends well 🤞🏼
Yes! Would want to see her back in any work, she’s a talented actress. Looking forward to it, and hope the script/story does her justice in taking on whichever role it is 👍🏼 👍🏼
Yes, another favorite, especially if it prompted twice to watch and loved it all the same! Both leads I love, and as usual, TSY contributes her lovely singing to the OST and ZYC with his martial arts highlighted. Both their characters genuine, and true to each other was quite touching 👍🏼 👍🏼
This gives a hint of Little Women and Pride & Prejudice. Mother who tries to marry off her 5 unique, headstrong daughters. Only on Ep6 but liking it so far 🙂
Zheng YeCheng’s acting left me in awe. For me, this is his best drama so far. I love the chemistry between him…
Well said, totally agree! There’s something about him playing this character, even more charming & very supportive of her character. Plus, each time he performs martial arts on a show, it’s always impressive to watch 👍🏼 👍🏼
Wonderful actress! She’s in many dramas/movies, practically everywhere, ha. Small or big roles, she’s does great work! Watching A Virtuous Business now and yet again, portraying a fantastic character! 👍🏼
TV shows are not real… seriously, can’t ever understand why shows are dissected to mean something other than fictional show writing (even if the writing is not great).
Think about it, ML was a negotiator before and that’s what they showcased in the end on “what will he do now” since he won’t return as Presidential Spokesperson. Yeah, the show writers could have written it a different way maybe with different details, but would it really matter? Didn’t even think anything of it until reading some of these comments, good grief.
Personal perspective: The FL and ML found their way back to each other, they got their happy ending, period. Why does there have to be a hidden agenda?
Oh well, I’m binge watching it again, I love both leads, even liked the villain for doing a great job, I liked it.
Just too hard for me to watch, painful to see FL lose everything. Her family betrayed and wrongly framed, then she seemed to be cornered not able to do anything… was just too sad. I finished it out of commitment, there’s rarely a show I drop completely or not go back to especially if I really like the lead actors. My view is just one opinion, so hope you find the right feedback on watching it (or not) ;)
Looooving this show! My personal rating has gone up again. It’s too bad I don’t have much time to binge all at once, it’s making me ancy lol —just hoping it wont end with any disappointments.
Yes, a while ago actually. Couldn’t leave unfinished since I love both leads lol Let’s just say it was… um, a happy-sad but satisfying ending, for me at least. I’ve learned by now most of the dramas are not expected to be 100% ‘happy ending’ know what I mean. —did you start watching it?
