I haven't finished Party A Who Lives Beside Me yet. The FL character annoys me quite a bit and I don't the chemistry between the main leads, so I kinda feel toward the end. The best thing about this is seeing Binbin playing a nice guy and supportive boyfriend role (unlike his usual cold ML roles).

Have you watch The Letter from the Cloud? I LOVE him as Qi Zhang & I think he has the best chemistry with the FL in this one.
Please Be My Family is very good too, great chemistry between the leads and the kids are very cute!

I realized I liked this drama soooooo much when I rewatched it for the 3rd time. ^^"

In the novel, SZ is 16 and LSY is 24. Even if the drama SZ is older, like 20ish(?), there is still an age gap. So, I think the casting kinda makes sense.

After completing Royal Rumours, I plan to watch The Autumn Ballad (heard they used his real voice), Novoland, The Legend of the Phoenix (I put this on hold for years because of comments about the FL being forced to be with another man).

Chong Zi comments about the script totally scared me off. Plus, I never finished any of the FL's works (she is quite tolerable in LYST though, from 18-ish episodes that I've watched).

P.S. I subscribed to almost all platforms (my money T^T); WeTV, iQiyi, Youku, MangoTV. It seems his works are only on WeTV.

If it is really because of the problems with his agency, I hope it is sorted out soon. I also hope he gets to rest for a while to recover, both emotionally and physically, and come back with good projects (that he likes). Good actors deserve more and better opportunities!

Me too. I fell for him in Yong An Dream and now I am watching his older works like Be My Princess and Royal Rumours. He was good in all of these. Such a talented and charming actor! I will be really sad if he really quites.

(Feel sad also because I discovered him so late. I couldn't get pass the first part of Chong Zi EP1, so I didn't really see him there. Might try to rewatch it one day...)

Yuehua is useless. I don't see them promote anyone well.

Yes, I know. JJ also knew she would challenge him sooner or later. That's why I don't understand her hiding. JJ had the rights to know who's gonna be his opponent too.

I feel sad for JJ.
LN could have challenged him openly, why hiding herself until the last minute? Even if she didn't (or tried not to) reciprocate JJ's romantic feelings, at least they were childhood friends and she had been working with him for a while. She should be fairer to JJ. What she did is somehow a betrayal...

That's pretty sad. Out of 7 dramas that were already aired, her characters died in 2 (and I'm still mad that her character died unnecessarily in Legend of Awakening). That makes it more than 28% already. Adding this one, it's gonna be 37.5%. ^^"
