Ikr I immediately thought its her when I heard the voice and the way she moved her hand afterwards. Honestly if…
would be interesting since i'm pretty sure her feelings for jin fan are sincere yet on the trailer it looks like he'll get killed by qian and her raven so, i have a theory she's the sect leader qian tried to poison but couldn't because she had the herb elixir?
i rewatched the scene with the wufeng woman we've seen in today episode and it's 100% zishang voice, even the way she talks and says things, everything is the same, so i'm here to ask mdlers...does anyone have an idea what could be her goal? i'm very confused because others than wanting the fire thing from ziyu i don't see anything else... and it's not like she ever helped him in becoming sword wielder? unless she moved in the shadows? i feel like that would be very far-streched but idk maybe the director got some good ideas...
jianrui (the actor playing yuanzhi) mentioned the love line on his weibo account so it means they shot something at least so either it got cut or it's happening after (and very soon)
Are we watching the same drama coz gsj has been saying this since gzy took over the SW position 🥴 why are people…
he didn't which is why even yuanzhi was surprised, he only said in today episodes he would support him if he proved his worth with the trials, before that he didn't believe in ziyu and did a lot to discard him as the sword wielder including questioning his legitimacy as a gong which has nothing to do with his skills
They joined WuFeng not by choice but by force and threaten daily with poison. Just like how the Gong Bros lacked…
" loving macho heroes in the form of Gong Bros" i like the way you say that haha !! but i agree with you, while they spend times with the gong, they become more "human" and less assassins
i feel like both qian and weishan are either getting softer or too comfy in the gong house, sometimes almost forgetting for 3 secs who they are, getting too much in their wife roles... could explain why qian got caught, why weishan almost got caught, while on their first days they were both very deadly assassins, it's not they have become stupid or anything now, but they're becoming less vigilant and their lies + covers are progressively falling
episode 13 was just perfect, making us cry with the two brothers, making us awww with the lantern festival date, making us laugh with zishang and jin fan (the mirror and the screams i keep crying !!!), then the intensity with the last scenes.. VERY GOOD
for anyone wondering if they should start the drama or not, you will enjoy the drama if you: - don’t expect it to be similar to the novel (just forget about it if you did) - isn’t prejudiced against chaoyue (she improved a lot) - don’t compare it with lbfad (they have nothing in common other than the world setting) - don’t hold it to extremely high standards because the writing is quite simple and not very deep - are patient and just wait for the story to normally unwind (the pacing is not slow it’s normal) if the premise is a bit unique the rest is nothing out of extraordinary in terms of xianxia, so you need to watch it without any expectation to enjoy it, the acting is nice, the chemistry is good, the humor is fine, the angst done well, the visual are extremely pleasing, up to episodes 12 most of the plots are yet to be unfold so if you don’t feel emotional attachement to the characters that’s because the directions choose to reveal everything for later in the show (i agree it’s not the best decision but it doesn’t ruin anything for my part), so don’t let anyone spoil you the experience because you’ll be missing a very nice drama 🫶
