i really loved today episodes but i wonder how it feels for people who never read the novel, are you guys understanding everything? because it’s really fast-paced, we got many times skip in 10 episodes, and a lot of scenes got sadly cut (i’m particularly sad about the one where he noticed he got his left eye back and doesn’t know why until later, so i hope they’ll show the later part at least) also i kinda wish we saw more of the shaman accompanying his brother, will she appear later again or did she just totally disappear because lack of times… because how was he now powerful enough to get back the throne, how did he enter the city to kill his brother, i know those details are not that important but the transitions are too harsh i’m sad i wish we had the drama in two parts as planned, outside of the few meh details (like their sudden outfit change, how susu wasn’t able to even jump in the first episode and has been able to use magic just fine, susu having all her jewelry intact, etc) the drama is really cool and solid

yeah but she doesn’t trust him anymore and didn’t want to be tortured either i would have done the same

today episodes were really nice, we got some tender moments (when they played with snow 🥹) and then got slapped with the start of the angst 💔, so far they’re following quite closely the novel

to me susu started having affection/compassion for him the moment she found out he was a victim, she reconsidered everything about him and started protecting/caring for him for real (she just didn’t realize it yet) she even hug him and slept on him (when she tied him with ropes) so it shows how she was feeling about him… but now she finds out he was already scheming all along and is now stealing demons energy so she’s feeling betrayed and stupid for trusting him? but she can’t give up on him before she removed his evil bone after all and already knows he’s not totally hopeless so there is that they’re both in a dilemma where they want to kill each other but their hearts stop them

she just wanted to survive at the moment i think 😭

my favorite ending because he’s the most sneaky character and his death fits very well, what he did to sohee was a secret, his relationship with yeonjin was a secret, he wasn’t an obvious menace since he stayed in the back and at first you could almost believe he’s not that terrible in comparison to others but you come to realize he’s perhaps the worst of them with yeonjin and myungho, he appears calm and indifferent while he’s actually also violent, obsessive and suffering from an inferiority complex, since he’s sneaky and too conceited to notice how many people he actually enraged he thought he could escape just like he always did, he just didn’t know he offended the wrong persons this time: someone who suffers from an even heavier inferiority complex because of her background hyejeong, and someone from an excessively rich background (one he was jealous of) that you should never mess with the things that belong to them aka doyoung. among the bullies he’s the last one you see, everyone forgot about him, he disappeared and no one seems worried, a very low-down death just like how his character was

wasn’t as good as season 1 since s2 lacks in intensity, it didn’t get me hooked and a bit anxious about what’s coming next, i wish we got a final fight between dongeun and yeonjin (a scene as good and intense as the one between dongeun and her mum you know), i have to say i’m still not feeling the romance between dongeun and yeojung but i did like the couple in revenge aspect, overall it was well written and well produced but it lacks the thrill from s1, ending was satisfying especially doyoung-jaejoon it was exactly what i wanted, somehow hoped for an ending more cruel for sera and yeonjin

wang yue being the best character until the end, that's my man

it's the way no one was expecting anything for the ending but they still managed to grandly disappoint everyone...

chongzi and yinfan sleeping together on her marriage day with wang yue fhbfh script writers for sure are creative!

they didn't kiss (or consummate?) so the marriage isn't complete but she drank the wine and made her vows so she married to him yes and no? haha it's messy...

i really love how patient he is as well, one of my favorite line of him being "i waited for so long, i can wait more" this was so sexy of him

kinda obsessed with how messy the drama is hfbhf like i'm watching and enjoying despite the 9294754882 plot holes, the 838475656 illogical stuffs happening and the 294756563 men being in love with her...somehow praying for a chongzi wang yue battle last episode just to feel something but i know they'll rob this from us, and if they could give us some story about wang yue he's too smart and interesting to only be a hot looking villain with his sexy eyeshadow

i’m not into the romance here at all (especially since she got a better chemistry with muyu and wan jie despite not being love interests) but chongzi character development is super cool, first part is a overdone but once she gets // spoiler // in her second life the drama became a lot more fun and interesting, also bonus but marcus looks amazing
