Same! I'm excited for this drama bc of the FL. I wish drama writers would write more diverse female leads. I'm tired of the seeing the happy-go-lucky and bold ones.

Title Run On
Maybe this will still change, but as it is now, the secondary couple makes me very uncomfortable. Or rather Danah's…
Drama writers have a hard time making female characters badass without making them toxic/abusive. I could barely finishing this drama and Itaewon Class (thankfully Dan Ah is just the sfl here so I cold ignore her for the most part). I almost stopped watching Itaewon bc Yi Seo was so repulsive. And what’s worse is the so called badass (really just overbearing) female leads are always paired with the meekest male leads to somewhat balance it, but it never works!! Sae Bom from Happiness is the best badass fl I’ve ever seen. Not to mention how healthy of a relationship she has with the ml. Wish other writers would take notes.

I finished the drama a long time ago so I don’t remember what exactly happened but I do know I couldn’t stand Dan Ah for at least 70% of the drama. Near the ending I kind of understood her but her character was so badly written much couldn’t be done at that point to redeem her in my eyes. They wanted to make her so ‘unique’ and morally ambiguous but put in zero effort and ending up making her unlikable and annoying.

Sung Eun is low-key badass. JCW saying she would just get angry if she had to complete the school mission, but instead we see her laughing at ghosts fjfjjgjgj. Nothing seems to faze her and she's so honest. (I totally see her scaring the ghosts instead lol). Definitely my favorite member this episode.

Joo Young being a girl crush as usual!

Nara having the prettiest smile and best reactions.

Soo Bin being a trouble maker which always backfires on her.

Hye Won being naturally funny.

Yoo Jung being calm and collected or the most childish ever (there's no in between lo)

And Bo Yoon being the cutest and shyest maknae ever!

Loving the girls here!

And finally Bo Hyun is here, feels like I've been waiting ten years! He already has good chemistry with In Yeop (but who doesn't lol In Yeop is such a cutie!)

KYJ always surprises me, Her soul is so old, like JCW hahahha .... Wookie is so cute, His anxiety flashes like…
I think it's the age gap between JCW and Yoojung. I totally understand it though, I would feel weird/awkward too if I was in either of their shoes.
On Extraordinary Attorney Woo Jul 14, 2022
The symbolism of the Lawyer ethics code being replaced by the sunflower painting, which was then replaced by the letter from the ceo is amazing. I love that they portray Young Woo as having moral struggles instead of being a 100% kind persom. It adds so many lawyers to her character! Lawyer Min Woo is a jerk but I can't help but agree with some of the things he says.

This really isn't your average drama. Though it's lighthearted and everyone seems sweet and nice, they all have their flaws which the drama acknowledges (dramas don't do this often enough). The characters are always communicating, learning, and reflecting. Ofc you have a few bad apples like Min Woo, but I really can't hate him bc he adds the harsh sense of reality. Looking forward to their rivalry and this new side of Woo Young they're showing us through it!

Excited to see how her relationship with brooding lawyer guy will turn out.
Or who knows since the main leads romance may take a whole year, they might give us something a lil early for those two.

At first I thought the lawyer guy was going to end up dating the other female lawyer. I like their bickering and competitiveness so I kinda shipped them too. Soo many cute relationships!!

And Age of Youth!!
You should! Her character there is one of the most unconventional and unique female characters in kdrama land.

Title The Devil Judge Spoiler
Ok that ending was really good. I just wish we had more time for Ga On Yo Han get along moments. Sun Ah is definitely…
Same! I think this was the first drama I was ever excited for. I LOVE Jinyoung and the plot seemed interesting. It started off pretty great, acting, script, directing everything was 10/10. But by episode 5/6 I started to realize how badly every character except Yo Han was written. It was excruciatingly painful to watch Soo Hyun run around like some lost puppy, while holding onto to the hope that Ga On would figure out wtf he's going to do so Soo Hyun does not have to die. It still baffles me why kdrama writers are always so obsessed with killing female cops. In Soo Hyun's case I get that she was always reckless and foolish, but why portray her as an ace if you are not going to make her actions reflect that. The character was so bad I kinda felt sorry for the actress. She didn't have much to work with which kinda explains the lack of chemisty between her and Ga On. I mean what even is her personality? Being so blinded by her obsession with Ga On that she is unable to make sensible decisions like the ace she is supposded to be?!? I didn't feel a thing for her after around episode 3 bc I knew she was going to die so I didn't bother. As you said the only good thing about this show was the bromance, court system, Sun Ah and imo the acting (especially the President). Whenever I think about this drama I get a little mad but then I smile right after. I loved the actors and the court system but god the characters were so awful. This drama sooooo much potential but it was all wasted bc the writer decided to make all the characters (mostly female) useless and unlikable til the end. Was defintely a 7/10 hate-love watch for me.

I think he is going to be the next BIG breakout actor. For the next generation, he is the one Korea has been waiting…
100% agree! He is one of the few idols whose acting I’ve seen people praise. They can’t deny his talent.

And yes his group is very popular internationally and somewhat popular in South Korea.

Title The Sound of Magic Spoiler
The magician pushed the creep off the cliff. When the creep appeared later on in the drama, he said it himself…
And that’s one of the scenes that makes you think that magic does exist! Though someone else could argue that there’s a logical explanation to it. I still haven’t decided if I believe in magic or not.

They didn’t explicitly state that he is a real magician tho. That scene was used to show that. It makes the audience question if magic is real or not. Eventually it’s up to us to decide if we believe in magic.
