Omg yess the details the details!!! He’s her boss so it’s easy for their relationship to tread in the zone of power imbalance, but her headstrong personality and decisiveness makes it believable that her feelings transcend their status at work. They both stand on equal ground in the relationship. His sincere and healthy feelings for her constantly makes him think about ways to make her happy, things she wants, not crossing the line etc. She’s not as forward as he is but she’s decisive, she owns her feelings and doesn’t try to deny them. She accepts his gestures and trusts him. She’s more experienced in relationships so she just goes along with everything while he’s doing the busy doing the most lol! They’re perfect!!

Right it’s commendable that Sa Rang is so sure of her feelings and never denied or second guessed them. And Won really did fall for her immediately 😂 he jinxed himself saying he’d never fall for her 😂

Lmao he’s just how I was 😭 I loved that scene bc it made the show feel so realistic. And it makes so much sense since this is Won’s first crush. He’s just like a teenager spending hours waiting on his crushes’ response wondering if she’s busy, sending several texts, overthinking, getting all excited by their response and being clingy 😂 I felt every second of anticipation, excitement and stress with him. And him doing the pop quiz to find out if he really liked her was *chefs kiss* His entire storyline of falling for Sa Rang was too real.
Had the potential to be an amazing drama with such interesting leads. I would have really loved if the story went in a different direction so I could’ve seen more of their lives and their relationship. It’s rare to see an introverted fl and ml. Wasted potential !!
It’s so much easier to enjoy a romcom when the relationship progresses without excessive and unnecessary drama like obsessive exes or the female lead thinking she can’t ever be with him because he’s too rich or the parents paying her to leave him alone. You can see their growth, individually and together. The microexpressions, the behavior, their words, their tone, everything is so much more detailed and satisfying. There’s more time to build their relationship and more time for them to sit down and communicate with each other like Sa Rang and Gu Won always does. They ask for consent, know boundaries and are honest. Relationships like these are so much more believable and healthy. I love that dramas are becoming more like this nowadays.
Is it a love square or a love triangle and how bad is it??? Please help 😭 I wanna watch this show bad but I hate love triangles. I’m willing to suffer if the love triangle is not a part of the main plot and if neither of them are obsessive and clingy
Idk if this is the actress’ or director’s choice but who thought it was a good idea to make Cha Hee scream and bite her lip every time she’s on screen 😭 I’ve seen a lot of other insufferable female characters do it too so maybe it’s just a trend…. But seriously? It’s so hard to watch
I think the trio makes sense in the context of leading idol-actresses and not just actresses. I love IU and Yoona, not so much a fan of Bae Suzy, but I think all their acting are okay, well IU is definitely on a higher tier than them. They are not the leading actresses of tthis generation. Park Eun Bin, Shin Hye Sun, Kim Ji Won, Son Ye Jin, Seo Hyun Jin, Seo Yea Ji, Kim Hyo Joo… I think they’re some of the best actresses.
I know this is supposed to be a comedy but I can’t help the sadness I feel for Jeong Suk. Her husband is the worst person ever. How can he be so dedicated to making her life miserable and unhappy?? He would not even consider divorcing her all because it would ruin his reputation, so he chooses to trap her in this horrible cycle of emotional manipulation. He is probably one of the worst male leads I’ve ever seen in my life. He cannot let go of his ego for a second. It’s so bad that Jeong Suk doesn’t even seem to recognize it anymore. And if she does she just lies to herself. Look how him “letting her work at the hospital” made her happy. Even if he didn’t like it and it would make him uncomfortable he didn’t have to be so blatantly against it without a valid reason. He could’ve expressed his dissatisfaction and ignore her at work if it bothers him so much. She has tried time and time again to explain to him how much this means to her but he wouldn’t even give her a second thought. I hope her revenge plot will be well written, for her and my peace of mind. Even though I like this drama so far, I would be so mad if they let them end their relationship with a basic ass conflict even after the years of suffering she went through .
