Sending you a hug. I have not even watched the last episodes because of all the discussion I read and don't know…
aw thank you that’s nice 😊 And yes I also feel like they changed tone so fast and so intense, that many were overwhelmed. I‘ve seen my fair share of sad endings but this was just too much sadness in my opinion. Especially in comparison to the rest of the drama
Before I leave the comment section. I kept waking up last night, with headache and nausea, remembering the ending, even in my dreams my mind tried to make a happier ending but it didn’t work out. What am I learning from this? I‘ll never watch a costume drama while it’s airing again. I‘m not made for this 🫣 I applaud everyone who is so strong in the comment section calling it a fitting ending. Good lord! I have appointments today and I all I think about is thisss 🙃🙂 I‘ll try to watch the actor’s other dramas to remind myself it’s just fiction… but this hit me like a brick ngl
My sentiments too.. Yes, i am still reeling from the drama-trauma! The last 6 episodes was impending stabbing…
I have a feeling this is gonna take a while to get over… I applaud everyone who is like "this is a good/fitting ending and i‘m content with it" because for me it ruined it 💔🥲
… slowly coming to terms with the ending. But there is one thing that keeps bugging me.. even if (but i don’t believe) nyz & ry survived and that is why we didn’t see their dead bodies, then why didn’t we see yu shisan dying or his body? We saw him fighting, then the episode ended and in the next chu yue looked at a few dead soldiers but she didn’t find him nor did we see her looking for him after that. Why didn’t they recover the body as they did with the other guys?
Some might disagree but I believe they are dead for sureee. No plot armor in this world can save those injuries...…
she doesn’t have one tho? He even said he broke the promise… I say the pill thing is a plot hole. Plus I doubt they would have disappeared without letting anyone know… for an entire decade and then their child suddenly shows up alone in a random field? …
Some might disagree but I believe they are dead for sureee. No plot armor in this world can save those injuries... and even if the final scene was believable it would be a cheap cop out to not get too much hate from the fandom of this drama. But what's fact is that you don't see them alive. Kinda like "The Legends" ending, but that was more believable bc the characters actually looked like them.
Ning Shisan is really the son of NYZ and Ruyi. When Ruyi said she cant live in this world without NYZ, its not…
but if she really saw their kid, why did she also see all of them on horses? In understand she might hallucinate about the 3 who really died, but why also see NYZ and Ruyi, if they're not really dead? Both ways don't make sense and that only leaves me with the conclusion that the makers of the drama think we're stupid and would just take it as it is without questioning.
During these series, there have been non-official previews in YouTube probably from people in set taking photos/filming…
I also saw behind the scenes of them and making videos for social media as a CP. I have the feeling that their story was cut by A LOT and they had intended for them to be a bigger part of the story but in the end, we only saw them together on the screen for like 4 episodes total.
I just dont get it, does the kid that Chu Yue just met is real or is it just her like imaginary?!! And how come…
it looks like that was added last minute to try and soften the magnitude of the tragic ending... the cgi is super bad (as mentioned in a comment a bit further down) and she also saw all the other characters that for sure died. So I'm fairly certain it was all a delusion... if she only saw the kid it would still be ridiculous but mabye a tiny bit believable, but since she saw the leads it would make even less sense bc why would she see them if they're still alive.
the couple i mostly feel bad is Yu shisan and chu yue , Because their story ends before even it starts...😭😭😭
I was so mad at this!! Because they clearly cut scenes. Her dad gave him his necklace to give to her but we never saw their reunion and him giving her the necklace. Heck we didn’t even see her learn of her dad’s death. The next time we saw them he pushed her away and it seemed like there were scenes missing 😑 I thought since we never saw his body, he‘d come back but GUESSED wrong. What a waste of screen time. My only guess is since dramas aren’t allowed to go over 40eps anymore, they had to cramp everything together.
Goodbye My Princess just got dethroned 👑 I don’t care what anyone says in their delusion to pretend it’s a happy ending so they‘ll feel a little better, this will go down as the most f***king f**kery ending ever (for me). Naah, I‘m so mad rn. No plot armor in this world could save anyone here.
I‘ve been tricked so many times that I started making a look-alike list (https://kisskh.at/list/1xrxK5v3)… my longest deceit was Kim So Hyun & Jin Ki Joo 😅

I‘m very disappointed to say the least.
