It’s probably not even true but of all the dramas to remake … SKAM is so scandalous that China‘s Censorship would totally ruin it… I mean even the poster looks like any other bright high school drama. The US remake also had censorship and was sh#t as a result but I doubt some of the things shown there would be ok in c-ent. No wonder there was never an update on this. Maybe taiwan could remake it?
I like that it’s getting more complex and there is still a lot of story untold. At this point I usually lose interest bc it starts to get draggy but I feel it’s getting even better. Just slightly disappointed of the reunion of FL & LTG. Ep16 cliffhanger was so good but when they saw each other it was just a lil boy seeing his old master and almost no reaction from her.
not in that scene… they use cgi horses too but in the mentioned scene they are real and you can see the cord they’re tripped with. How that works was already revealed when a similar scene in Who Rules The World was criticized.
It’s just not necessary anymore so I wish they would stop :/ especially bc they use cgi in other parts.
I feel like it’s not available on IQIYI europe because it’s on linmon pictures? They’re relatively new, so it’s plausible that they want to use this drama to push their channel.
I liked story #3 the best… I really felt conflicted (but not negative) about the characters and how they should end up. I like that they both had flaws and acknowledged them but it was also realistic in a way that a romantic encounter doesn’t change the behavior you learned as a kid. The acting and chemistry was also the best in my opinion. When she asked if it was the television and he said yes, looking at her, already knowing she lied, was such a CUT in my heart. And then the therapy scenes / reflection. LOVED IT! this could really be an entire drama with good melo and healing theme.
yeah but it’s more like censored BL than bromance. So there are hints here and there what could have been (romance) but the facts of the story definitely portray them as brothers.
I‘m glad I stuck with it! The first 1.5eps were so boring/typical…but now I really like it! The slave thing /barbarism reminds me of arthdal chronicles s1
This drama was such a disappointment… not that it’s super bad or anything but I was looking forward to it A LOT and according to the early posters and such I thought it was gonna be 2 badass MCs and the race track…but it ended being the same bla bla as always with a quiet FL and more outgoing ML *sigh*

what i don’t get is how in ep11 the guardians/parents of the patients call the fl a nutt job, crazy, etc. for having been in treatment, while their own family members are also in treatment but don’t want them to be stereotyped like that?? that doesn’t make sense script wise. i get they’re worried but the way it was portrayed is just bullying and they didn’t consider that the guardians have patients as family themselves….
