Oh wow… that was intense. The final scene of Lin Xin Zi & Xu Jia Bai…
I want to applaud the makers of this drama for making this so realistic… in many dramas control freaks are just portrayed as violent and will only back down when another guy steps in but this is much more common in reality.
They definitely don’t portray him as pitiful however I like that we get to see his side too. He has a psychological problem and needs to seek treatment… this is hurting both parties involved and I like that the way it was made I can feel at least an ounce of empathy for him as a struggling human being, while still being 100% on her side.
Ngl I kinda like that the ML is a prick. At least that makes him interesting and it doesn’t feel predictable what he‘ll do next. I don’t mind age gap but I‘m also okay if there is no romance - i just don’t want her to be with the vice principal because he gives off super strange vibes. Although they did kind of foreshadow that. But if there is romance between the leads I’d dig it bc I like unrealistic relationships in dramas. Is he a red flag? FOR SURE, but red is my favorite color 😝 I mean I loved "Tempted" for that reason too ^^
That's too bad. I really wanted to watch another Marcus drama but I stopped after reading the synopsis, since…
Good call. This really was a waste of time…. to put it nicely :') But I agree, all we can do is hope for his next project to be better and to come soon 💪🏼 After "Lost Romance" it has gotten quiet around him, he had a collapsed lung (unknown causes according to him) and took a long time to recover. But not sure if the time of comeback was too soon as he just had a incident 2 weeks ago where cops were called because he was drunk in his neighborhood. He did put out an apology saying the pressure of filming caused him and his friends to celebrate too much when it was over. But idk, I just hope he‘ll feel better soon. :)
Just now found out she had twins at the age of 47, after a long battle with infertility and over 100 IVF injections… wish her well deserved family all the best ❤️
The current one is from the novel the drama is based on
