Another thing that's wrong with the ending is the suicide of the ML. Korean society already has one of the highest…
Yes, it does not and for him to be looking at the photo before offing himself. I though he was purely evil. There were no previous signs that he was so conflicted with his choices, but suddenly, they seem to be alluding to him feeling sentimental or something.
Greetings! I am not going to watch this, but thanks to the clips on social media I am somewhat curious about this…
1. Everybody loves Tae Oh. He is the impossible heir. Chairman gave the company to him because the writer said so.
Why he chose Kang Oh to target? Nobody knows.
Why he had to help In Ha? Writer did not elaborate.
Whether his parents were relevant? Not really.
2. In Ha is just your standard caricature of a villain. He went to prison and committed suicide.
Did he kill himself because he felt remorse? Hard to tell what the writers wanted. Just that writers did not know how to resolve his ending, so they chose the cheapest way.
Magically, everyone turned their backs on him. Why? Writer just needed him to become a villain.
Why he went on a murder spree killing his brother? He does not know either because the writer does not as well.
3. Hye Won went to have an affair with Tae Oh before her wedding and openly defied In Ha. Suddenly became in charge of some foundation. Then, at the end, she said she wanted to focus on herself first.
How did she help Tae Oh? I do not understand. Probably stealing the funds or something.
Did she feel guilty? No. She said so.
What happened to Tae Oh promising to make her an heir? Nothing
Did she end up with Tae Oh? No, but they both looked at the ending fireworks. It is up to your interpretation.
4. Hee Joo just left and went on a long trip to find herself.
What other relevance did she have in the story? Nothing.
Did she end up with Tae Oh? No. Thank God. Though she send some updates to him. To me, they only felt like good friends.
5. Tae Oh's mother died and his father just remained in jail.
Who killed her? Apparently she fell by herself when the father visited her. The father just went back to prison after.
What was the point? Nothing. Probably to spice up the end. In Ha went to inform the father about the mother's whereabouts. I guess that was another point. Just stack up In Ha's sins.
so is it worth the watch??? i wanna watch ljw so bad but idk if the the storyline is good
I would say no if you are going in expecting a big-budget drama. The pacing is terrible, and everything is so bland. The writing is the worst aspect. But it is still your choice.
KTO's mom fell and died when his stepfather was granted a short out-of-prison time (for reasons). He immediately…
Oh my goodness, she actually died just like that. I thought she was murdered, lol. Not that death is a laughing matter. But the way they killed the character was a bit funny. Thank you for clarifying.
Why is the gaze of Baek In Ha soooo cringe in this drama? Especially in the elevator at the end of eps 11? And…
I also don't understand why every character is being directed that way. Maybe the director just want to turn the show into a comedy because of how unsalvageable the story was.
This is exactly a fairytale pretending to be a cutthroat fight for power.
It has even the classic ending for Disney fairytale. The villain is just offed, and main leads are happy.
Imagine, everyone is just giving up their claim to Tae Oh. Just why?

The villain does bad things because he is the villain. The hero gets everything handed out to him because he is the hero.
Whatever conflict you see in the future episodes is immaterial.
P.S. The writer sure loved relying on the time skips.
