I can hardly wait for Tan Ya and the hot twins to level up. They will unite like Gladys Knight and the Pips, do the white mother wolf dance and run that Union like the prophecy predicted!
is there any scene that explains why Saya fell for Tanya to the point of doing anything to not lose her? I mean…
Saya saw Tan Ya in his shared memories/dreams with his twin, Eun Son. Tan Ya did not see Saya, but, knows the details of Eun Som’s dreams where he described being in Arthdal. Tan Ya figured out Eun Som was seeing his twin’s world.
I am not sure he is in love with her. Seems like she’s the only friendship-like relationship he has had. Everyone else is using him especially Targon.
it's been subbed at Amazon Prime Video.https://www.amazon.com/My-Love-%E6%88%91%E4%BB%AC%E7%9A%84%E7%88%B1-Episode-23/dp/B07JLCHRW9/ref=sr_1_52?keywords=Chinese+drama&qid=1561932849&refinements=p_85%3A2470955011&rnid=2858778011&rps=1&s=instant-video&sr=1-52
I was hoping Jung In’s mother would find out about her husband trying to force a second daughter into an unwanted marriage so she can vent the rest of her frustrations on him. He’s horrible!
It’s an exciting political game of chess where each opponent is trying to stay as many steps ahead of the others as they rise to power. It will be hard to pick the winner. They are all skilled.
Cute lead couple and good chemistry. Need to see the male lead in more leading roles. About 1/2 to 3/4 is worth watching. The last 1/4 is a cliche with a rushed ending. 7.5/10
I expected the romance would have some tragedy. This one started with a very good romantic comedy with the emotions of Oh My General. It would have been great if it continued on that path. This would be a better drama if that was the case. But, this has taken a cliff dive into breakup and constant tragedy half way through it. I feel a bit scammed even knowing the tragedy was imminent because the intro scenes in each episode keeps reminding me the very happy times are probably long gone. I am 3/4 through it. I would not be surprised if this ends with the happy couple only reuniting in the next life I the very last minutes of the last episode. I will watch to the end to see it play out. I am wishing I never started it until it was finished.
Breaking off a long term relationship is like quitting a bad habit. It takes several ugly attempts before it is finalized. A prime example is the older sister who is taking a beatdown while trying to divorce that stain of a husband. The female lead has a lot of pressures from family and friends to stay with an apparent "good catch" even when neither one of them is happy. They are going by the expectations of their families and the culture. A breakup is a public failure and comes with backlash/criticism.
I have a love-hate relationship with this drama. I love that the characters are closer to reality and I hate all the feelings it drags out of me in each episode. I am excited, fearful, happy, worried and nervous as a long tail cat in a rocking chair shop! I squeal at the tiny victories and forward progress. I give them unsolicited advice at my screen on what to say and do as they ignore me. I hold my breath when they take risks outside my comfort zone. This is a non-typical drama and that's a good thing.
It took too attempts over a year apart to watch this to the end. They should have cut bait at episode 12 when the first arc ended. The rest was trash. 7.5/10
