I loved the first half because of the uniqueness of the three women in a drama and the secondary couples. The hard was standard predictable kdrama cliche. 8/10
The best description is girly, silly and adorable touching on adult topics in dating and relationships. The kinship between the ladies is great to watch. Much better kissing scenes than Korean dramas. My favorite actor in this is Ryohei Otani. His character is a serious contrast against the light hearted women. The storyline moves at a good pace. 8/10
Lee Yoo Ri is the scene stealer along with her counterpart Sung Hyuk. They played their parts so well it made the drama for me. The lead female character was made too naive. It’s hard to watch her parts. The drama is makjang, but, the balance of good and evil is great. One of the best endings I have seen in this type of over the top drama. It’s definitely worth watch if you skip the dragging sections. I watched it again skipping the slow and repetitive parts. It’s a 7/10 if you watch every episode. It’s a 9/10 if you skip the fillers.
It's not cliches, it's realistic and Asian culture. Before saying the parents are annoying, perhaps be a little…
She wouldn’t be so tricky if she believed they were completely broken up. She forced him to break off completely with her daughter and made him promise to never see her again. That’s manipulative. She told him to never speak of it and never told her daughter ( or the grandfather) so she can remain blameless for the last breakup. What happened to let the children work it out? That’s deceitful. She’s disrespectful to the grandfather who is an elder and family friend because of the omission.
i still didn't understand what that solo did to han boss. im at episode 9. are they going to explain what happened,…
The boss of HSY is the mother of Solo’s child. She is the ex girlfriend from a rich family that would not alloy her to keep him as a boyfriend. She found out she was pregnant after they broke up. He was dating the girl on Team Solo when he found out he had a baby. He had to raise the child on his own since the mother was not allowed to by her rich family and his teammate girlfriend left him. Team Solo broke up over this dramatic event. HSY never forgave Solo for this and other things.

It’s the manipulation and deceitful methods used by the mother to break off the relationship that is frustrating to me. She pretends to have high integrity but is sneaky to keep herself looking like a good person while forcing the boyfriend to be the bad guy. It’s disrespectful to the grandfather as well. She agreed to them dating. She should have objected at the family dinner and stopped it openly instead of pretending.
This is highly relatable to anyone who had a crush on someone and that person barely know you exist or has no clue you have feelings for them. This scenario is presented with realistic expectations and a deep look into the feelings of those involved. I like that the friends’ point of views are explored. It’s a coming of age drama that ties closely to reality. I like the twists. I love the ending. My time was not wasted. 9/10.
This is only worth watching to see the baby faces of the actors because this is old. Zanilia Zhao looks 12 years old! Ady An has not aged! This has a new bad guy about every 10 episodes. Disappointing ending. 7/10
This drama still hits high notes on several levels including acting, music and storyline! It’s one of my top favorites and I’ve watched hundreds of dramas. The rating above is too low for this excellent body of work. Maybe, they were looking for evil mother-in-laws, action and idols. None here and none needed. It’s a confident 10/10 for me!
It’s clear Weiwei is over her fiancé when he gets a booty call late at night and comes back with his clothes smelling like karaoke bar without a major argument from her. He’s going to regret becoming a boy toy for that horny boss. She will get tired of him as he ages out. Lol
Best friend Ke Fei is the best wing man/woman. I have seen in a modern drama in years! She works both offense and defense and still finds time to move in on a potential date for herself. The girl is a multitasker extraordinaire!
I watched it again skipping the slow and repetitive parts. It’s a 7/10 if you watch every episode. It’s a 9/10 if you skip the fillers.
