Just rewatched this for a second tome and I had to change my rating to a higher rate. This was absolutely amazing. Chen Si' character is really crème de la crème. His yearning is out of this world. I feel his feelings for her through my screen. Fl is too cute in her role. They really got me all up in my feelings again. They were perfect for each other. Their characters were really well written. And fl’s revenge was flawless. I love how ml respects her choice of wanting to get revenge on her own. They're truly a power couple. I need me a Pei Ye in real life ASAP!

For real! They were too lenient with him! I wanted to see him get his ass beat.

This was very sweet. So gentle. I loved how ml was so soft, kind and gentle with her. Her childhood friend is such an ass.

Unfortunately, I read the novel before watching this so this version is not at all satisfying. It was good but they changed the ml from the novel which is such a crucial element to this plot so I could not root for her and her man in this drama. I encourage everyone to read the novel after watching this drama. You will not be disappointed at all. One of the best novels I've ever read for sure.

I don’t care. I never said I liked Joongi so your comment is really useless. I don’t like her as an actress that has nothing to do with other actors and I said even though I don’t like her, she was good in this and she acted well so it changed my perception of her. This comment of mine was necessary to portray that I did not rate this drama because of my bias towards her but I gave my objective opinion. Maybe you should read my comment again with an objective mind before commenting with your feelings. And I can like and dislike whoever I want. That's my personal opinion.

It’s been a long time since I've bingewatched a drama. This one was oh so good. It got me all up in my feelings grinning and tapping my feet like a mad woman. Lin Yusen’s character is just so dreamy. Such a well written character. Xiguang’s character was equally good. They were the perfect balance. I enjoyed every single moment they were together. Every episode was entertaining and everybody in this drama got the karma they deserved which left me pretty satisfied.

Definitely overrated. It was really predictable and had so many incoherent parts that I would've honestly dropped the drama if it wasn't recommended by my sister cause it's her fav. As much as I dislike the main actress, her acting was really good and her character was well written. I couldn't say the same for Lee joongi's character. His acting was superb but I don't know if his character was just plain dumb or if the writer was expecting us, watching this, being dumb?? This drama was not bad but not good either and definitely not a masterpiece. Personally, I wouldn't recommend it.

I really enjoyed this one! The way ml seduces fl is so sexy I felt seduced instead. Their chemistry is so so good. It made me watch their other works and drop other dramas when their newest drama came out. I need more of these two on my screen. Their acting was too good.

It was my first time dropping a Chen Si drama. I watched 2h30 out of the 3h drama but I just couldn’t enjoy this drama. I guess I had high hopes after their previous drama together that I enjoyed so much but this plot was not it for me.

I really liked this one. Chemistry on top, funny and realistic cause I too would choose money like that 🤣🤣

First of all, Chen Si is incredibly handsome in this drama. Secondly, this plot was unpredictable and pretty original. Their chemistry was so good and I love how the dynamic of their relationship was different than their previous work together but still as good.
