ive been saying this since two episodes ago and people get so upset. this is not a good male lead

i said this and people went crazy because he has his reasons… like that doesnt change his behavior towards her? this is a 30 year old man that cant regulate his emotions and instead treats her in a way that makes her feel like she did something wrong and thats not okay

i dont think it matters why he is being mean. he is still taking his anger out in her because he doesn't know how to deal with his feelings like an adult- it certainly doesnt make him an appealing ml to me

im a little annoyed with he characterization of the ML- its very “ boys are mean to you when they like you”… this is a grown adult act like it

i dont like how the driving force of this drama is the mothers dreams. like the characters all blindly believe her dreams - despite them being incorrect or simply misunderstood several times- and that causes a domino effect in which the dreams DO come true. its odd and thats the issue with time travel dramas: is the future set in stone or are your actions in attempt to prevent the future, causing the future? in this drama everyone lives their lives dictated by the mother and its getting a little tiring to watch.

theyre not going to set up a romance between 12 yr old ina and her 16 yr old classmate.. right? i dont understand why they didnt hire kids all in the same age range because ina is 12 and the other actors at 15+ its so odd

this is crazy because the show was simply.. not that good? like yes its a personal opinion, but i also think the plot was a lot messier in QoT and the characters were also not as steadfast.. at least they weren’t when i dropped it almost halfway in. idk but CLOY was definitely more solid

i watch it in 1.25 speed so maybe that makes it more noticeable to me

i fully agree and the other actors i checked seem to be 15… big difference from a 12 year old. not sure why they made this choice theres plenty of child actors to choose from

idk i feel like if two episodes in i dont care about the characters at all… thats not good writing. fl doesnt even seem to have a personality yet and ml… we had the one drinking scene

despite the ML and FL being two of my favorite actors to watch im not vibing with this drama at all? i suspect its because we were thrown into the story with very little backstory to their relationship besides how they met so im not attached to them. we also havent spent much time with them and theres SO many characters and plot points already that i just dont care about them at all? and neither ML or FL are likeable so im not sure if ill even keep watching this. i am so disappointed

so… the drama ends with her being human and him being a demon? so we know hes going to outlive her lol… the whole drama was bordering on okay and bad but thats a silly mistake they made for the ending

at this point anything park shin hye is in i cant watch. i get that she was a child actor but that doesnt make her a good actor… shes always been stiff in her roles. she doesnt have much of a range and ive just never felt much emotion from her. and the kissing scenes… no

im somehow very disappointed. its tagged romance music and comedy but those all took a major backseat to the more dark parts of the story. the happiest parts were the last five minutes of the entire show. i dont know, it was lovely but there wasnt really any romance, and there were hints of comedy. i dont think the darker subplot with the dad had to be so important.

im starting to think these super dramatic shows aren’t for me, i just cant suspend my disbelief. if she got a second chance at life, why waste it getting revenge instead of living? why is the guy so willing to marry her when he gets nothing out of it? i just keep questioning things. i have to go back to my more realistic dramas lol
