i simply do not care about ji ungs arc. they made him only care about yeons su (who is NOT interesting enough for him to be obsessed with her for ten years) and then suddenly gave him a backstory. i had high expectations but this drama flat out sucks compared to other high quality romcoms.
i want to know how is she a bad gf? she did a lot of things for woongshe became his first friend other than jw,…
have you.. watched the drama? every episode shows how she was constantly hot and cold, never voiced her feelings, pulled him along with everything she did without communicating with him, broke up with him when she felt like it etc. she wasnt even good to him, rather she was “not bad”. she was mean to everyone else, which by comparison made it seem like she was nice to him. this was mentioned in an earlier episode when ung says he saw a side of her no one knew. this is by no means healthy. dating someone thats mean to everyone but is slightly less mean to you is by no means “relationship goals”. the point is, their relationship was unhealthy and i hope they stay apart and learn to live their own lives
sadly i just cant root for the main couple. she was a bad gf and hurt him, no matter her reasons. some people are better apart, and i hope this drama shows them growing independently and away from each other in a healthy manner.
is it just me or is minahs acting not great ? i’ve only seen her in like two other dramas and she’s always playing a similar character, and in chacha when she had to be emotional i just didnt feel it. seonho is a new actor but he was completely outshining her
side note, whats with the stylist for the show?? hong was wearing this horrible neon blue shirt in ep 11 and in ep 13 hyejin looks like a christmas present. what is going on?? then they kept giving hyejin shirts and dresses that make her shoulders look huge... so weird
I’m sooo mad. Wtf lame excuses they had. He did absolutely nothing wrong, like not a single thing. And his friends…
RIGHT. this was such poor writing, why would they have her not apologize ?? she told him to die (which he almost did) and shes like no i dont care lol. like what does it add to the story to have her act like that? dusik has been given enough tragedy, and now they added gamris death to it too.
totally agree. the show is completely out of balance, too much of stupid misunderstandings, too much tragic backstory for dusik and not enough of the healing it promised
I thought that he might have wronged them unintentionally but he did literally nothing but still was blamed for…
i hate that the show is making dusik out to be a villain when he has done literally nothing wrong. the writers either should’ve had him actually commit a wrongdoing or have people apologize to him for blaming him, but they did neither. so now it feels so underwhelming and annoying that he has done nothing wrong this entire time and this was supposed to be the big reveal
I was so happy to see that gamri haelmoni unintentionally prevented him from committing suicide and she was worried…
no because how many past connections do they need?? this show will be so mature and then bam they met when they were five and 15 and 25 and 35. are the writers kidding?
Even the dumb people can tell it wasn't his fault. But he took it on him..And such person only exist in novel…
totally agree. i love the show but i hate how they developed his trauma, none of it is even his fault? and they already gave him a tragic backstory. i think they shouldve at least had him be at fault for something but he was consistently the good guy in all of this
i’m sorry but how much trauma do they need to give hong?? are they fulfilling a quota? everyone he loves is dead, he is blamed for unfortunate circumstances that were out of his control, he is getting pressured to talk about his trauma, and even within this episode he was getting blamed and another loved one died. are they saving all of the “healing” aspects of the drama for the last episode?? wouldve loved to see all of that developed earlier instead of leaving it until the last second.
