Please, Soojin! Put your pride aside and just take Jookyung's hand! :'( I hope these two make up. Jookyung wants to forgive Soojin but how can she when she won't apologize? Soojin knows her apology would be accepted, cause that's how kind-hearted Jookyung is. I think that's why it's so much harder for her to say sorry.. cause she feels like she doesn't deserve it.
and that wooden sticks! god, i just can't take it seriously.
lol xD I don't think it's a huuuge stretch from this drama's premise though. It's fantasy through and through, so a few magical sticks is passable for me
i don't think it's that seojun's feelings for her are small, he really liked her a lot, but he still didn't pursue…
I feel Seojoon loves her big lol. So much so that he is willing to "let her go" because she is most happiest with Suho and loves Suho. Her happiness = his happiness, so he is quite selfless in the way he loves ^-^
It's true that bullying is everywhere, but I also feel like it's next level over there from what I've seen and…
It's very different. Their expectation of Idols (celebrities) is MUCH different than those of other counties and their celebs. We don't really hold celebs to higher moral standards or behaviors lol whereas in Korea, Idols/actors/etc are held to the highest standard . Kind of expected to be a "role model" so to speak.
Sad and super stressful for them cause 1 humanly mistake or whatever, and netizens go crazy.
It's not too late for Sooah. I think she's just shocked that Jookyung would hide her struggles from her (how she got bullied at her past school). If Sooah truly values their friendship, she would feel hurt because in her POV, Jookyung didn't trust her enough (as a friend) to share this with her.
Soojin on the otherhand, is on the same side as the bullies :/
Seems like theres a lot more soo jin dislike comments after episode 12. But from her character view it can be…
"Maybe if suho had been more considerate and let her down gently, she might not have made such moves in vengeance."
He couldn't let her down gently at that time. Soojin threw the necklace he got for Jookyung into the fire bin. That behavior alone sends a clear message to Suho that Soojin (1) does not respect Suho's feelings and the relationship he is in and (2) does not value Jookyung as a friend.
Even if she hadn't thrown the necklace into the fire, the only considerate thing Suho could have done in that situation (Note: Jookyung and Suho are dating and clearly in love, even as Soojin can see), is to decline/reject Soojin.
10 years or not, Suho owes Soojin nothing & has nothing to apologize for. He never once led Soojin on. He didn't flirt or treat Soojin any more than friends.
Let's not forget that: Soojin also tried to forcibly kiss Suho. Thankfully this wasn't like other k-dramas and he shoved her away. Attempt to kiss someone without consent = sexual assault attempt.
The writers really threw Soojin's character out the window.
Just because we're going through hardships, it doesn't make it OK to betray and feel entitled like Soojin has.
Does the main actor know how to show any kind of emotions at all? I remember seeing him in My Gangnam Beauty and…
The character Suho was written that way - Introverted and Fi dominant. This is not Cha Eunwoo's fault.
Suho's personality is someone who is emotionally expressive, but in a different way. Not everyone is outwardly animated and wears their heart on their sleeves (example: extroverted people or Fe dominant users). It doesn't mean they feel less or to a lesser degree. There are people whose emotions are expressed a bit more softly (subtly), which can be difficult to detect. Cha Eun Woo may be frequently cast for those types of characters because he fits this profile.
There are times when he wears a - as you describe it - a "plain face" that leaves the rest of us like "uh what is this guy thinking/feeling?" -- Haven't you meant those types of people in the real world too? People that are harder to read or only give micro-expressions for us to go off of.
These are the reasons why I find it understandable that Jookyung struggles to read/understand Suho. She's not a very intuitive individual nor good at reading people because of her own insecurities and self-doubts that override any sort of deductive reasoning & insights she has. So that plus Suho's lack-of-outward facial expressions,.. it makes communication hard for them.
I noticed u said earlier that u want a break from the comment section? Why u still here then hahaha but it’s…

Well i laughed but it's not like i'm not able to understand Suho's struggles. A lot of us found it funny not in…
Don't worry - it's not insensitive to have laughed because it was obviously directed at production/cinematography-choices of the director. You're not making fun of Suho's situation. The scene may have failed to keep some audience members immersed into the situation, so they're able to 'disconnect' and evaluate how the scene was shot.
Kind of like in a horror movie where some people in the audience have a keen eye for things like costume make-up. They might not be completely immersed so they can think about the actor(s) behind the monsters/ghosts. So while other audience members get shocked and are in terror, some people might laugh at how ridiculous the scene was shot or how unconvincing it was. It doesn't make the person "insensitive." And there's no "rule" where people need to take everything on film seriously.
It's T.V. entertainment... Sometimes we watch it to "escape" our own problems and just enjoy the show. Maybe some of us are critical thinkers who like to dissect movies. Or maybe some of us notice things that others don't (aka: harsher, more critical eye on each scene). There's no right or wrong way to watch a drama.
It's not required to empathize (or sympathize) with every character in the show, no matter how difficult or heart-breaking their situations are. I wish people would stop treating others like demons, just cause they weren't as emotionally moved, immersed, and captivated as they were.
So this drama is getting annoying. It's getting cliche with all the jealousy and bullying. The love triangle is…
It's to be expected :c This drama is based off a webtoon which focuses on love triangles. Not much focus on Joo Kyung reaching self-acceptance/love or whatnot.
I hope this series does go into friendships, loving oneself, and self-confidence.
The parents saying "Thanks kid" to their SON. Tell them you're their son!! :(
