well we can’t do anything much if you have prejudice against her from day1 of this drama, like I always saw you comments about her. She did so well, I wish you can see that but to eaxh their own

I finished watching and I would say I’m so impressed with their acting on last 8 episodes, like whoa these people can act so well I cried🥹

I agree, I think the strength of this drama is powerful acting especially on last 10episodes when angst and conflicts kicked in. XZ and RM have really good acting synergy. The amount of waterworks they did for last 8 episodes whoa it’s like waterfalls. I was especially sad during SY’a resurrection scenes. Like it’s soo good and this drama really had great CGI & cool fighting scenes. Last 8eps, everyone did their A game.

I also agree when you said ZY’s sacrifice was useless if SY really died during the last battle, like TOTALLY. Plus his tribulation was also useless if he really died.

I watched with no bias to anyone because I’m just casual drama watcher. I quite like the genre, not hardcore xianxia with devil/fairy, mix of wuxia as well.

I finished it too tonight and feeling bitter about the ending huhu

damn last 8 episodes were all good especially 35-37, if you don’t want to see the open ending I will suggest to stop at 37 lol
I will be honest, I don’t like the ending. It’s open ending but very mean towards main CP imo especially FL. She lost her parents and lost him too😌
Is it so hard to follow the novel ending??? I actually want to curse the writers so much. Plus ep39 with dragging Zhi Yuan/Yao Yi arc was so unnecesary to me. Like please let me see more SY-ZY if they wanted to separate then like that.

Screw all the xianxia scripwriters who thought it’s so cool and will make long lasting impression to end dramas with OE or SE. It’s too overused in xianxia now, make something creative next time.

lol did you even watch ep35 above? it’s so good, the acting was really great. I get why she wanted to save Yuan because she knew it wasn’t his fault for the chaos and she knew him all her life, he’s family to her. SY is someone she loves yes but Yuan is like a brother. Do you can choose between that?

they do really think it’s cool to end xianxia like that? too overused already imo😅

She’s crazy good on ep35, you just needs to past the whole misunderstanding because the story after that was really good.
