A refreshing plot
it's It’s actually so nice to have a K-drama that helps students appreciate how valuable and meaningful studying can be.It’s a nice and funny k-drama, but I don’t think I’ll rewatch it. Still, I’ll definitely recommend it to my friends.
I was actually waiting and hoping to see more of Geon Yeop’s character, since it felt a bit lacking. Maybe we’ll see more of him in Season 2 — if there will be one.
Minhyun did so well in showcasing his innocent yet charismatic character. I love how passionate his eyes are.

They could've ended it better
I think Hyunsu would be the best person to care for the baby, that would be a beautiful ending. It also felt lacking that they didn't give Myung-gi character development, and his suspicion that Junhee and Gihun had a thing was so unnecessary.Overall, it's a nice drama but the last season is just lacking.

Lack of trigger warnings
Trigger warning: child abuse, child pornographyThe plot was just mid—not particularly impressive or memorable. What bothered me more was the way it was marketed. They should’ve included proper trigger warnings instead of labeling it as a comedy or an “exciting” movie. It felt misleading and honestly quite irresponsible. When a significant part of the story revolves around something as serious and disturbing as child pornography, calling it comedy feels incredibly tone-deaf. It’s not just a poor choice of genre—it shows a lack of sensitivity to viewers who might be deeply affected by those themes. Content like this needs to be handled with care, not brushed off as entertainment.
Don't get me wrong, the actors did well. The marketing just felt off.

It was nice but the ending was lacking
To everyone saying that the mafias could've ended it right away, just remember that the parents created the game to emotionally torture them and make them suffer, just like their daughter did. The rules were there so they would suffer. That was the whole point. It didn’t need to make sense; they just wanted revenge. The mother even said they’ve run the game a dozen times with different scenarios. It’s just sad that the ending felt lacking. Or maybe it’s just me—I was hoping for some character development from the students. But they’ll still be doing the game again, just with a new scenario.

It felt like an almost
I liked how the story was progressing, but as it approached the end, everything felt forced—especially the second couple. The buildup for the first couple’s relationship was lacking since the previous episodes mainly focused on the experiment. Their only interaction was when he was delivering food—just that.I was expecting a nice flow until the end, but they ended it really badly. However, their acting was really good that's why I was really hoping for this drama to end well.
I hope they extended it until episode 12, I think they didn't know how to end it with only 10 episodes.

For the adults who feels lost in life
I believe that adults who still haven’t figured out what they want in life will deeply relate to this drama. It’s about navigating life while facing hardships. It’s about trying to be perfect because of others' expectations. It’s about finding your purpose after your dreams have fallen apart. This drama is incredibly healing, especially if you’re someone going through the same situation.
This drama taught me that it’s okay to still feel lost in your 30s. It’s okay if you’re still trying to find your purpose. It’s okay to try new things, even if it feels like time is running out—because it’s not. You’re just being pressured by society.

Should've pushed to 16 episodes
Don’t get me wrong—I really loved the storyline. The characters were so well written, and the emotional moments hit hard. But I do feel like it was missing something, probably because it was only 12 episodes. There was still so much more they could’ve shown, especially when it comes to their dreams and how far they’ve come.I just think it would’ve been so much more satisfying if we got to see Seong-ah actually graduate and take that next step toward her future. That kind of closure would’ve made her journey feel complete. And with Gyeonu, how amazing would it have been to see him finally play at the Olympics—achieving his dream—with Seong-ah there in the crowd, cheering him on? Even ending the series with him winning gold and putting the medal around Seong-ah’s neck would’ve been such a meaningful moment. It would’ve tied everything together perfectly—from him quietly leaving medals in her drawer to finally placing one on her himself. It would’ve shown just how much they’ve grown, both individually and together.
