Typical is taking it too far ,u get my point. We are talking about movie or dramas not porn. Hentai n porn are 95% rape but mainstream jmovies n dramas are not. U rarely find rape in new movies n dramas.
The ambience is simply beautiful especially all the village scenes of young asano. Well everything is written in synopsis but it's a story between three people who become friends i.e. Asano, Susie n Kevin. I loved Asano's character n how he longed for his childhood memories n sea. This movie needed to be longer n more elaborated, it felt way too rushed . I still loved it n soundtrack is just ❤️
Will u maintain ur dignity or become a monster n fall in order to survive? A good movie about the survival of women at those times when there's no equality with some weird scenes but i find tome 's father innocent n feel bad for him. I was satisfied with the ending but i wanted some character development for MC .
Sad tale of an island n its people who are superstitious n weird . It was like Ballad of Narayama where u can't sympathize or hate people bcz they all have their own reasons but on the other hand it wasn't as strong as Ballad bcz the plot seems scattered, cudnt build the emotions n impact. I would still recommend this bcz few things like island town settings, nekichi's story n handicapped man's tales were interesting.
Incredible acting,both new n old versions have something to offer.Dnt miss either I loved this one more bcz of acting, dialogues n details. (My advice is to watch new one before this if u r going to watch both)
I liked this one alot but i felt the original one.I advise to watch this one first then watch the original,if u r a movie lover then u shouldn't miss that one.
