He's actually not been telling anyone who he is on his own initiative. It's only when the other person guessed or knows it's him that he then admits it. The way I see it is that LXY died that night 10 years ago, he's let go of his past and has been living a new life under LLH's name. As a 'dead' person, he wasn't going back to see old friends and he's not going to admit who he was unless he's caught. He continues to lie to FDB because he wasn't going to come out to admit it on his own, not until FDB finally figures it out for himself.
LLH is one of the most laid back MLs in cdrama. He's practically preaching modern day minimalist lifestyle. Earn just enough to live and not more. Enjoy the simple things in life, cook and grow own veggies, have a dog for companionship. Although I think he would earn more just by solving mysteries than to cure illnesses. Can't wait for the upcoming episodes.
QWM- like many others, we are so biased on the actress who portrayed a toxic SFL in Till the end of the Moon. Yet, I try to just judge her character here. I hope it's the end of her character after clearing the air properly. It's clear she is not suitable for LLH. She wanted someone who was devoted to her and largely her but LLH had aspirations bigger than her world. Someone as talented as LLH shouldn't be stuck by a woman's side all the time and basically just be a stay at home partner.
At first, I mistook her of waiting for LLH for 10 years to be reunited with him and hence couldn't move on. Now we know that isn't the case and her pain (can't sympathize) is really her feeling bad for thinking she was the reason LLH went to face off with DFS 10 years ago and she is the reason he doesn't want to return to his sect. The fact she asked LLH if he was ever angry with her for leaving him, it almost sounded like she was disappointed that LLH wasn't even even fighting for her and even takes the moral high ground of attending her wedding giving her his blessings. She is so full of it. She deserves her equally jealous husband.
Honestly, seeing Joseph Zeng play a pouting character is refreshing. It's not annoying to me and quite laughable at many times. And then seeing Cheng Yi be stern with him like he's a child is just priceless.
