yeah we are but I’m the opposite bec PSJ & PHS did wayyyy better portrayal, Yong joon (PSJ) & Minhyuk (PHS) characters have so much depth, they aren’t 2D portrayed, they have so much layers and you can tell by the portrayal of the actors, these characters have plenty of expressions while AHS has like 2-3 expressions throughout the whole thing, his “mad” scenes are awkward it’s as if he is constipated, there is so much restraint on his expressions that they don’t come natural.

when he was announce to be taking the role of Greg Hsu character, I was just nervous because the shoes he’s about to fill are so big and the fact that his female lead is Jeon Yeo Been was just another reason for me to be skeptical about it, JYB can surely fill the shoes of Alice Ko character, but AHS, with his acting here, even with his previous acting that I could get pass with aren’t enough for me to be confident he fill the role.

a lot are saying after episode 8 it got boring, well that’s also when main couple finally become couple, for some reason after they become official, they are less interesting and everything is bland. Their relationship is bland, I didn’t felt anything after all the anticipation of finally seeing them as a couple.

Also their bed scene, they could have made Sejeong take off her turtleneck sweater and then her just having womens tank top or something underneath so atleast she don’t look too covered up, most bed scene has the female lead loose a button or two to atleast feel balanced with the male lead, who takes off their shirt, i know her outfit cannot be done that way but either have her with something to loose buttons or take off the turtleneck. It just felt awkward with him shirtless and her too covered up.

Ahn Hyo Seop, i like his acting in Father is Strange and Dr. Romantic 2 unfotunately this time he couldn’t gasp the role. He is being overshadowed by his other 3 co-stars esp Sejeong since most of his scenes are with her.
The boy needs to start working better than ever, he is filling the shoes of Greg Hsu in Someday and One day and in opposite of Jeon Yeo Been, if his acting is as mediocore as here, he is bound to get eaten alive in acting by his co-star and be stomp by unless comparison with Greg Hsu phenomenal performance.

The ending, why am I not surprise? I could count on my fingers the kdrama that really has great endings, given the last episodes pacing, I kind of saw it coming, another kdrama with a bare minimun ending but hey still better than 2521.

same, I went from looking forward each saturday totally excited for each episode then second half of this show happen and I’m speechless messy it got, this show focuses more on symbolism rather than it’s plot

I find it funny how everyone could just rate something low over something that hasn’t happened yet. This show and overthinking doesn’t sit in the same table, 10 episodes mark so far and this show was just the right fluff we need, no need to even think it’s gonna end in cliffhanger or even a bad note.

if you wait this long to start, I say wait 3 more days and check back if indeed has a good ending. It’s gonna end in tuesday, we shall see it then, personally I doubt it will have a cliffhanger ending. The show has keep a good momentum so far and kept the old drama troupe (ie misunderstanding, fights etc) short and gets solve quickly.

I don’t want it either, I want a closure not another Hospital Playlist that has open ending bec they couldn’t decide if next season is gonna happen or not

so logically Thyme being responsible for the red card and being the instigator of bullying is the only one that needs to be punished? so apparently the students who’s moral compass are so messed up that just because their crimes can be back up by Thyme it’s okay not to put blame on them? that appreantly all the other students that did the dirty work (not being threaten btw) are leaving unscratch by the crimes they did willingly? and what about the other F4 members?

Also they should have not introduced Lita’s character so soon, it didn’t do any benefits for the story, Thyme confession to Gorya was sweet but I’m like boy maybe you should have break things off to Lita first? though I know he probably just run out of time since he thought the video will be viral but still, the unnecessary Gorya breaking things off to Thyme pushing him to Lita they could have just combine this with the break-up scene caused by his mom.

The whole Talay story was just too long all I can think of is that so much more important arc to be covered why did we spend 3 episodes on Talay? We spend 11 episode to close off red card and Thyme’s redemption and bare minimun character from Gorya.

The whole discussion was her not beliving Thyme at the parking lot over Talay, or you know make him explain atleast? you can excuse her behavior when she was being chased by the bullies but not at that time.

yeah and like let him explain? what so hard about it? it’s such an annoying trait

I don’t see Gorya’s character development? she gets violent and physical at Thyme but no one is saying something bec heck “Team Gorya” right? Somehow it’s okay for female lead to be such violent? tsk tsk

Gorya never trust Thyme (once was fine but mulitiples time nah that’s just serious lack of character growth)
Thyme always being aggressive (another character that seemingly have development but you start to doubt that each episodes)

‘It’s okay not to have romantic scenes, other versions have that’ so since other versions have romantic scenes, it’s something you scarifice in story? these characters have different name bec they are meant to be seen differently. Characters from other versions are not Thyme & Gorya. How come Gorya can have two lovely dates with Ren & Talay but not Thyme? are we just to suck it up apparently bec some other versions have the romantic scene? wtf is this logic

Reality check their relationship won’t work. From Hana, Tesla, to Talay, she had not learn one bit.

Lita who tries her best for the person she loves, even when it hurts to try. My kind of female lead. Too bad she ain’t one here.

How did we end up to a whole theory of mistress? too much of defending Gorya to villinaize Thyme.

Thyme is exhausted as much as her. Boy had to sleep outside her house, no time to change his clothes, and he is constantly telling her the whole thing about Lita was his mother’s plan, oh and her pettiness kicks in and makes remarke about how good they look together. Explain things to her? how? they barely had time together?? she can read a whole article of this Dead person and doesn’t get any of it, Kavin explaining her some points didn’t make sense to her. Like Thyme isn’t throwing her to the wolves here. Thyme just turn 18, and suddenly he was already set in as representative of his family. He himself is trying to settle himself on that throne.

This is NOT a situation where she’s already in his world and she’s being given responsibility that she isn’t ready for. She got too much on her plate and Thyme knows that.

Lita is main character behavior than Gorya can ever be.

We are on ep 9 and I still don’t feel the female lead liking the male lead? like 80-90% of the time she’s annoyed at him, I never even know if she felt jealous at Hanna (seeing her ig story) and now with Lita. I wonder how they are gonna make it believable that she loves him enough to fight for him.

Maybe because I watch all other version, and everyone is onto how Gorya is the strongest version. To me she written to be all just all talk but never reflect on her actions. Did you see the other version? the mother had unable the father to be banned everywhere so he cannot find another job, then made her boss business be ruined and yet she did not gave in.

She have this big talk with Thyme’s mother how she won’t let stranger define her worth. And yet everybody defend her character as “ohh she had question her worth on top of it” I thought we have settle this whole worth thing? She had talk with Lita how love is important. She is mindful of everybody’s feelings BUT Thyme. So it’s okay to push Thyme even though she clearly know he loves her? where is the talk about love is important? oh I guess it doesn’t apply to Thyme right? This whole noble idiocy doesn’t work here.

She hasn’t even fully step into his world and she had run fast shows what Thyme’s worth to her.

If this is one of those disney or hallmark story where prince marry a commer to be princess and fully experience his world and it’s responsibilty, I would have understand more as to why she would give up but like I said she hasn’t been fully got into it yet, she has just observed it as outsider and yet that made her run away fast. Her talk with Lita as she said she doesn’t understand some stuff either, I thought it would atleast give her insight that she doesn’t need to understand everything on his world.

Exhausted? girl he literally just ask you to wait, he isn’t forcing you to his world, and if that time comes he will help you just like you help him to settle in your world. Because that’s how relationship work, you try for each other.
