see no different in cgi quality between this and boy, also acting wise, the story and characters seems more interesting…
You can't be serious to say that DY even had a good story in the end when it was butchered by having Yi Wen Jun make the most stupidest and confusing character decision I've ever seen in all media literally.
Thank you so much for listing things out- you've made it incredibly easy for me to know that I would not enjoy…
I don't see how this is not a good ending rather than the fact that she didnt end up with her first love. I saw your comments from earlier but I can bluntly see that you re mistakenly just isnt fond of the Emperor.
This show is literally complex from what you're trying to brand it is. She gets a satisfying ending and same goes to Fuca Fuheng, her first love which ends up becoming her love trial to be wary of trying again. The literal reason why we spent like 30 episodes of just the Emperor and Wei Ying Luo pushing and pulling because one of them dont want to give in and the latter afraid to commit the same mistake. Then the show gives a good development where WYL, from seeking and using the emperor as a pawn for revenge to finally developing deep feelings and settling down. This is not your typical elementary romance and I do hope you do not condemn strong disagreement with the ending just because of the Emperor's looks not the standard like Fuca.
Dont get confused with the comment by @Sareh. This show is good even with the minimal romance. The story/romance of the Emperor and Wei Ying Luo is similar to the recent The Double's Xiao Heng and Xue Fangfei which is also our actress here, from pawns to revenge to developing strong feelings. Stick to the end and see for yourself
Thank you for your insight. I was potentially going to watch it since I'm enjoying her role in The Double (my…
I think you would like this show if you just finished The Double. It's more cohesive and the pay off is nice. But then I would agree that the romance is like 8% of the drama and plays off much later in the show. Still, I found the emperor (my favorite character in the show) character here interesting and complex than most dramas I've seen.
Also, this one is a happy ending don't get confused with the comment above, the FL experiences a love trial with two characters in the show. Towards the end, she develops deep feelings from what started only as a pawn to revenge to finally settling down. Altough I wish you watched this show blindly without others' opinion instead and had a good watch experience like most
i agree about your opinion about reality, but you know what pals? most rom-coms are formulated like that, and…
Mind you, Lovely Runner itself has a pretty simple and easy to follow time travel plot which is okay so they couldve given focus on the characters but they were just written badly and thats what people have been criticizing.
There's hundreds of rom-coms out there similar to lovely runner that has a less complicated plot but the attention would be given to the characters of the story and make them the 'plot'. Lovely Runner failed to do so.
💯AMAZING review!!!I think youll like this review made by another mdler (and most of us in the comments agree)https://kisskh.at/profile/Monkimajik/reviews/360385
Thanks, I've read it just now and share the same insights.
