If the plot is non existent in this then the other cdramas here are dead. How are you already concluding the story not even halfway to the show. Just watch.

Also, characters here are definitely the most layered, from the emperor to the characters that will be introduced. For example is Mingyu as you mentioned. Just wait bruh.

Feel like common sense was thrown this episode also havent had problems thus far with scriptwriting but the recent outburst of the brothers towards QiuShui for trusting LSF is questionable. Didn't they themselves get deceived by the sword king? Also, they just went on to believe the entire thing without confirming a corpse and ran with it.

Yeah main part of it id the voice dubbing cause it really feels out of place

You might be confused but the production for this drama is actually good. There's more dramas out there that released this year that looks good on paper, with good costume, cinematography etc but the post processing and action choreo is mid.

You 100% will watch main leads give up everything for love as long as the its the man that has to be cold and distant. Just saying tht you literally gave a 10 to a show in ur list thats exactly like that

we need more cdramas like these tbh with genuine approach to cinematography and not just overly focused on post edit quality. also three episodes per day too is a blessing

Pretty sure atleast slight romance tag should be included here even if its not the central plot. This one literally had more romance scenes than Joy of Life or Guardians of Dafeng combined and they had a romance tag

The closest one is Story of Minglan. Theyre both story heavy.
