Everything was great until ep 8 and then from 9 - 12 it went all crazy. It's like another person took over the script or something. The only good thing about this drama now is the OST (and the chemistry between the two villains) otherwise I have no idea how they can mess up SO bad after ep 8. These writers ruined their own show. So DISAPPOINTING.
This is actually a really really great idea to put all these articles together. So many insightful articles that I've missed before. Great job Cho Na! :)
The relationship development is so POOR :( If the characters have sex, that's like the world you know? Personally,…
I loved Vampire Diaries because I was into Klaus and Caroline but that went downhill fast :D I enjoyed Arrow but stopped around season 4 or 5? But there's not many that I was passionate about. If you like classics, the Emma series and Poldark by BBC was good.
I so agree. I stopped deamas and I started watching american series. In my 25 life I had never watched an american…

PS. Secret and SH is soooo good. Watching secret again after like the 10th time (or more?) made me excited to watch it again in a few years time :D
Your right! What is with all the legal and police dramas...serial killers ect. Bring back romance..there is enough…
I loved how you brought up this - negativity. It seems like the dramas are now filled with them but I suppose people just want their dramas to be close to reality. I'm the kind of person who wants to escape to a fantasy world for a few hours but oh well . . . *Shrugs* :D
The flashy/overly sweet kdramas sometimes remind me of kpop videos. If you watch to much of that kind of formulaic…
I've also noticed that rather than building the romance and characters, they're more focused on building the story. I do see that maybe now they want to move away from romance and show more independent characters. Someone else had mentioned before how they miss seeing that family aspect. Where's the promotion of marriage and building new families gone?
