Can i watch season2 without watching season1? Or should i watch season 1 first?
It would be better to watch season 1 to understand Mr Jang - Detective Shin - Lee Jong A and Kim Wook but since the stories of the people are different in this season you can also start from season 2. You would only a problem to understand that 4 people's relationship but if you want I can tell about them too.

1. Seo Yul didnt cross the line. He told her that he is confused and let him hug her for a second etc. Naksu accepted because Seo Yul is sick and she consider him as a friend.

2. Naksu was explaining to Jang Uk how she met and become friend with Seo Yul and she told him they met because she though he was her fiancee. And Seo Yul is nice and kind thats why he wouldnt think her as a replace (kinda mean like that). But it wasnt like a love triangle for both of them dont worry!
