I love it when a series surprises you! Honestly, this wasn't even on my radar. I just had a quick peek at the trailer and I was surprised that I really liked it. I just watched the first episode and I loved it!! It was so much fun. I love DYX but that's a no brainer but ESTHER!! I loved her in this!! It's like she took on all the feed back and really honed in on the acting. She turned it up a notch & really owned it. Yes she is the cute girl she goes over the top and that's exactly what is needed for the role she's a caricature of herself. The effects and cinematography is beautiful & the Mirror Queen!! Even CDL is better in this!
Ok...This has already been picked up by Netflix! It's coming to Australia this Sunday. It's also on Viki! I needed something lighthearted and breezy to watch after Kill Me Love Me. I watched the trailer and I really liked it!! I am actually really excited to watch this. It looks like a lot of fun.

Just finished the 3rd episode and this is spectacularly cute! It's a breath of fresh air for me because I have been watching a LOT of epic, intense long cdramas so now I am on a mini-break! Yeah, I knew from the beginning it was the main leads acting that had me glued to the screen. The storyline was very good at the beginning! I think getting rid of the main antagonist so soon was not great. I remember someone saying in the comments the series wanted to focus a bit on the 2ml because he was an upcoming actor.

I wasn't trying to be funny. That was the rating MDL had. When the first 3 episodes was released it was at 8.7 and for the majority of the series it was 8.5.
In all honesty I just find her acting really bland. She's not terrible but not great either - However, regardless of what anyone else says she is the Female Lead! She's just not a very strong actress (in my opinion).
Ok my understanding is the ending is not as diabolical as everyone is making it out to be. I saw some clips that looks like they do end up together but Mei Lin dies first because of the poison. But they share some very touching moments before she passes.....is that right? (It looks like they have a wedding night too???) I don't have express.
Yes, the rating deserves to be higher! It is technically a mini so it's not going to get as many views. I also think people don't know it's out and ppl are also occupied with other big releases at the moment. This is just my personal opinion but this series (for me) holds my attention better than FoF! Dawn Admist Hidden Clouds is very high quality for a mini!!
