True and I think he knows that too. That's why he is so good at it. He is known as the go to guy for this kind of stuff. He has made a name for himself as The Mini King. I actually think it's a very clever business strategy. If you've got it flaunt it I say and he has made a career out of it.

Oh wow! I would love to see him in a comedy. That sounds interesting!

I am way behind I am only up to ep.4 but that father really is a disgusting piece of crap!

This series is available on iQIYI but it's called What A Good Girl. I have just entered the Vertical drama world....

I am really enjoying this so far!! Great background music. It dials up the intensity and sounds ominous! Love all the characters.

The First Madam is definitely the type of senior aunt I would want in my family!! She's just a barrel of laughs!! 😁❤

Yes! The hair looks so good!!

Yeah, I am not surprised. A lot of the ML's in these types of shows are directed to make it look real and they have to do the take several times to get it right.

I am only up to ep: 3 so I don't know what this FL is like in later episodes but I see so much of myself in her right now I feel like she's embodied my spirit! 😳

Ok, I just finished the 1st episode of Weak Hero and that was AMAZING!! Yes, it's a lot darker. It tends to rack up the tension a lot more and the ending to Ep.1 🤯🤯. I love it. I can see the difference. Study Group has the comedy aspect whereas Weak Hero is a lot more tense and darker but they both execute their storylines so well. Just really good pacing. I am excited to see more! I believe Study Group is also based off a webtoon too. :))

I don't think he grabs anyone's throat in Warm Time With You. 😇

I remember an interview with Dai Gao Zheng and Chen Fang Tong and Chen said during the filming of Maid's Revenge she had bruises all over her arms because Dai was scripted to grab her regularly due to his character's forceful nature. Dai apologised for hurting her and she told him not to worry about it and just explained as an actress it's a part of her job. He does grab Jin Zi Xuan a lot in this series too. It doesn't bother me too much but it doesn't necessarily mean I agree with it either. It would be nice to see Dai in a more gentle role but that's not to say I am not enjoying this series. I love both these leads. They are very dedicated to their roles and the story is interesting.

Thank you for that explanation it actually helps! I have never seen the Thai version before.

Yes, sometimes it does do that but it popped up last night so it's all good. Yay!! 😊

I have WeTV but for some reason it's not available for international viewers? --sidenote: When I clicked on it, it took me to Forever Love! 🤭🤭🤭

Ep 2: I am only at the beginning and 5 minutes into the second episode and I am so glad she slapped him! Shen Jiahe and her father really are a piece of crap! I know I don't know the full story atm but these two men made me so angry with the way they treated the FL! Keeping her completely in the dark and treating her like an ignorant child. Also her ex-friend truly is a piece of SH!+!!! grrrrrrrhhh!!!!! 😤😠

Now I am excited to watch it! Before I thought Weak Hero may just be the same but it sounds different. I honestly hope it's better just for the experience sake but I am sure I'll be able to appreciate both :)

Ep.20: THAT KISS💋!!! OH MY GOD!!! 🔥🥵🔥🥵

Oh, I see! I am watching Weak Hero atm. Thanks for the heads up. It will be interesting to see how I feel at the end of episode one.

Wow! Your opinion is so interesting because I have seen Study Group and it's one of the BEST kdramas I have seen in a while. I loved it. I still haven't seen Weak Hero as yet and was wondering which one might be better.
