A question for novel readers: how many episodes until Changyu discovers Zheng's identity?
iirc, it took like 80+ (84) chapters for her to realise and that's like almost halfway through the novel. so maybe around ep 20? but would depend on pacing.
the cinematography and osts are soo good. I've been playing the osts especially 爱入青云 and 若你的世界没有暖阳 on repeat. it was going good till like episode 30-31 and then i felt it was a little dragged out especially situ ling. main couple had amazing chemistry no denying that. also HMH's eyes...✨️
a lot of times the plot had me going '????'.
the show had a lot of good moments especially in the earlier episodes and imo ji bozai forgave her very easily.
another thing that bothered me throughout and maybe it's just me going crazy but FL's voice at most times didn't match her lip movements and i tried ignoring it but couldn't. (i don't mean to make this sound mean or anything)
I tried adding it like 2 weeks ago and still nothing. I filled out all the info with links so I don't know why…
right and it's not even like it's a rumour anymore, we literally have 2 episodes out. meanwhile shows that don't even have a confirmed cast have pages.
is there any way to add the S2 page?? because 2 eps are out since yesterday and still no page while dramas that are yet to air in 2026 already have theirs?
the way the murong father and son were killed mirrored exactly what they did to fpc and fsg was absolute cinema✨ i honestly wanted a battle between fyx and xjs :( the development between xjy and xiyang was definitely one of the highlights for me. honestly at the end more than fsg i was eager to see how xjs was going to take his revenge. also liked how fcy refused to be a puppet ruler, did his research/investigation and stood his ground. overall a nice watch. and after months is the first drama I have completed since LBFAD and the double.
their chemistry is top notch and the comic moments are placed so perfectly in between (that poor bird).
