I think the description, not including the fact that this is kind of a documentary about what went on in Taipei in 2003, is what is misleading to a lot of people, and that's why the sudden ending could seem jarring. They were trying to show the life of frontline healthcare workers in a situation that could endanger their own lives. Ang Taihe has wanted to help from the beginning, whereas by the end Xia Zheng also gets his own character growth.

okay honestly didn't expect myself to enjoy this as much as I did. the comedy was soo good and I finished it within a day!

what I really liked the most is the core of the characters didn't drastically change and any changes seen are nicely justified.

iirc, it took like 80+ (84) chapters for her to realise and that's like almost halfway through the novel. so maybe around ep 20? but would depend on pacing.

this drama is soo good so far and i hope they keep up the quality till the end😭.

their chemistry is top notch and the comic moments are placed so perfectly in between (that poor bird).
