This supposed forensic agency's findings contributed to a lot of NOT guilty verdicts by perpetrators of sex crimes, especially against vulnerable people.
How does this agency expect young children for example, to fully describe in detail the trauma they experienced at the hands of vile abusers, and use their failure to articulate said experience as an excuse to release these offenders. They are basically giving these perpetrators more power and the license to commit more crimes.
It's no surprise that KSH would resort to such a disreputable agency in the hopes of covering his tracks.
Agree! It's probably one good thing to come out of this and hope it passes. It's sad that they needed victims to sacrifice their lives before people wake up.

It seems that a lot of people are trashing KSH appearance that his makeup is too cakey, etc, and he dressed to the nines on a Press Con supposedly to admit to his guilt that didn't happen. But what people do not know is that he actually employed a mortuary cosmetologist to do his make-up, so his look and appearance is befitting someone already lying in a casket. 🤡
This is an opportunity for people to speak up, when they have the momentum going. There's also strength in numbers. So 1 or 2 families/victims may not change much, but the more people who come forward, the more traction this will get. It's like one or two red ants might not do much of anything, but an army of red ants will.
I wish other celebrities/rich people who have no skeletons to hide, fund KSR's family's legal battles, but let's face it. Most of them wouldn't touch this with a 10 foot pole. If KSH can silence 100+ media, imagine the other less powerful celebrities. But I'm always hoping that there's a David to this Goliath battle.

By pre-2020 SK law, he cannot be criminally prosecuted if only a romantic relationship was proven, and not a sexual one. Unless he took videos of them having sex together (which is sick by the way), he will have gotten off with just a big P on his head. But because of what he did at the press con, not only is he branded a Pedophile, he's also branded as a liar, a manipulator, a cold-hearted, greedy bastard who can only inflict pain on other people, suing victims instead of owning up to his transgressions, and worst, an accomplice to murder, if later it will be proven that he drove those girls to their demise. He could have avoided jail time if he admitted the underage relationship, then people will stop digging more into his life. With a lawsuit going on, there's bound to be more things to crop up. If he has more skeletons in the closet, and I guess that these are the things he wanted to protect, then denying is NOT the way to go.
See, I think if Jung Joon Young readily admitted that he filmed his Ex-gf in 2016, he probably would have gotten away with a slap on the wrist. But because he avoided all those allegations and STILL continued on his path to hell, that more people and evidence came out that ultimately buried him.

ooooh!! good point!!! but sadly, KSH legal team is so powerful, KSR's family couldn't afford that same resources. Example in point, OJ got away with murder because of lawyers like that. god knows how many more, especially if KSH is as powerful as they say he is. He probably even has a forensics team in his pockets. That's why I'm hoping that Disney sues him as fast as possible so whatever money that he has, will run out and he will not be able to pay his lawyers.
Even if they catch him red-handed with kilos of cocaine, his fans will say that it was just bags of snow that he wanted to bring up to the mountains so he can ski.
