Where do these people even get the recordings??? With advanced tech these days, I wouldn't put past LJH using AI to upload fake recordings in an attempt to deflect the situation from KSH. Money talks and we can see whose pocket this guy is in.
Also I'm thinking if KSH really fled the country, maybe it's not to hide, but to hunt down the supposed husband and give him a big fat envelope to confess having a child with KSR. They may even find someone on the streets of New York and ask the rando to dress up and pretend to be the ex in exchange for 100kg of white powder.

The mental state of someone so vulnerable without somebody around to support her would lead to her last moments of despair, where she thought that death was the easiest way out of the living hell she's in.
So then, can you blame people for finding KSH/GM's actions deplorable? Even if there wasn't an age gap between them, even if they were dating when both are adults, I will still find his callousness reprehensible. He is in a position of power, and yet didn't extend a helping hand to someone he supposedly loved for some of his years. Maybe love is the wrong word, maybe all he desired was someone who worships his fragile male ego, that KSR mistook this as love.
Additionally, Let's say all this didn't happen with KSR, but after revisiting his previous remarks/actions about his pre-pubescent co-stars, people started seeing a pattern.. Also adding to that, the nasty rumours surrounding Sulli, Seo Yea Ji and other people whom he worked with... it's either bad luck befalling all these talents or something else more sinister at play.

I think the difference between Brad/Leo's case vs KSH's is that the Hollywood actors didn't bother to hide it. A lot of people may find it icky they were dating teenage girls but it's not illegal if the girls reach the age of consent. Not saying that everyone should do it, but because the girls that Brad and Leo dated were able to speak for themselves while KSR cannot.

So if that's the case, then a lot of kids in the playground would be flagged as criminals. So what if I engaged in a fight with another person, and I won, the loser might consider me as a bully. I'm not saying violence should be condoned, but I think the scope of bullying should be more specific. For example, if bullying is systemic and often, and the gravity of injuries is serious, then yes, I would count that as bullying. It's really a fine line to determine what can be considered as an offense and what is not.
I was involved in a legal case at work years ago where a bunch of us testified for the victim against a manager who was harassing her. The manager was preventing this employee from taking legally-allowed breaks, isolating her from talking to other people even during her free time, following her into the bathroom even to harass her for even going there, locking her in a room and yell at her every day, and when the Manager's boss, tried to intervene and protect this employee, this manager banged and violently pounded the office door and told the Big Boss that the employee should not be protected. We had enough and filed a motion against her because this employee was crying and distressed every day because of this.
Then when a suit was filed against this manager for violating labor laws, the tribunal determined that there was no case for this to go through to court because they said that the manager's actions do not constitute as harassment but only as an "aggressive management style" and a "difference of opinion." SMH.
