I don't think we can generalize what's wrong with men in SK, I'm pretty sure there are some good ones too. I think this list may be skewed towards SK actors not because many of them are bad, but because more of them are being reported.

Some actors from other countries most likely have the same dark secret, it's just that they are either not exposed; or if exposed, not reported; or if reported, not publicized.

I almost forgot this guy...Edison Chen....the person that was arrested was the repairman who leaked his nude photos with a bunch of actresses, including a 16 year old while he was 31. Since 16 is the age of consent in HK at that time, Edison wasn't prosecuted or arrested.

I'm not sure cheating is a crime. If it is, half of the world population who have cheated while in relationships will probably be arrested and convicted. Yes, a lot of people may find infidelity morally reprehensible but it's not a criminal offense. Whom these people have sex with or how often is none of our business, unless the victims are coerced or are minors, then these women/men and children should be protected. They could have a gang bang for all I care as long as everyone is a consenting adult.

As there is a such thing as selective hearing, we can apply this to media consumption as well, with selective believing.

With not enough laws protecting children against having sex with adults, you get a society that is complacent in predatory behavior.

Hollywood have same problem and it's hard to stamp out. You also see the big names finally get their just desserts after the #MeToo movement, but even then it's still nowhere near where we want it to be and this is a socially progressive country we are talking about. But when even elected officials in the highest positions themselves have sexual allegations against them, even some have been accused with child trafficking or sex with minors, you wonder what kind of world we are living in when these kind people are still being supported.

Hollywood is as bad if not worse. They let most of the people who are charged roam free. I'm not too sure if they pick and choose whom to charge and whom to let go. I guess if someone assaulted over 10 people then there is a case. If they assaulted less than 10, they get away scott free.. I just used 10 as an arbitrary number who knows.
