The only way Immortality is going to be released is if they moved production to Hollywood and maybe cast Tom Holland and Timothee Clalamet to be Mo Ran and Chu Wan Ning. *Imagining both with long ass hair* 🤔
To be fair I'm pretty sure it's a difference in culture, especially dating culture in Korea. But that's just going…
Which is why I think this show is progressive in itself. You are right, people can't be comparing foreign TV shows on the basis of their own local TV shows because several factors need to be considered.
Seriously! On that YouTube channel he talks about teaching another boy "naughty things" and discusses topics like…
If you mean that Namgyu channel, Changmin said he was unemployed at that time. Also I highly doubt it's a personality change, but more of a repressed demeanor because they might have been told to stay away from conversations that are overtly sexual in nature for the show to air.
Changmin is probably keeping a filter on his thoughts or the producers are, just to keep in line with their show's guidelines.

You have to remember that it's not just the cultural differences at play but the overall attitude of the majority of the country that is still very conservative and essentially homophobic. Even with such "tame" content airing, there are still protesters going against the show, imagine if they aired the juicier material, the show will most likely be cancelled. So at the risk of that, producers are playing it safe. Better to air snippets of mundane conversations than broadcasting risque material that may not see the light of day.

At this point, I have to be prepared for a lot of their heartbreaks. Most of them are invested in either Changmin or Hyuk Jun. I wish they would just move on and find somebody who will truly appreciate them. Even dating as friends is still better than getting hung up on somebody who doesn't reciprocate your feelings.
This is more of a political drama. Though there are some elements of romance, it is not the main feature. Their union just serves as an example of how North and South Korea can be unified if people work through their differences.
I'm enjoying this less now because it's becoming clear that there will be feelings of rejection for some of the…
I think that's the point of dating, by putting yourself out there, you get more chances of meeting someone but also more chances of being rejected. It's like looking for a job, sending out 100s of resumes, going to a dozen of interviews where they don't want you, but all you need is one person to give you a chance. It may work out, it may not. But at least they tried.
It seems I only got one pairing right based on my prediction from the first episode only. Based on their self-introduction only, I thought it would be:
1) Changmin and Jeong Hyun 2) Hyuk Jun and Seon Yul 3) Eun Chan and Chan Kyu
But now after 5 episodes, I thought it would be:
1) Changmin and Jeong Hyun 2) Hyuk Jun and Lee Hyeon
While the rest have no pairings.
I've been shipping Changmin and Jeong Hyun from the start but I know how dangerous shipping could be, just because I want them to be together doesn't mean they will. (God knows how many ships I've seen have not sailed or have sunk).
I'm also considering the following factors:
1) Changmin has too many options 2) Jeong Hyun has too many competitors 3) Changmin seems to go for hookups only while Jeong Hyun is looking for relationships 4) The people on Changmin's IG Following list looks a lot like Grindr profiles 5) Changmin is easily conflicted/swayed while Jeong Hyun seems more steady 6) Jeong Hyun is still young and has a long road ahead of him 7) Jeong Hyun seems more invested and that will only lead to heartbreak 8) Jeong Hyun wasn't Changmin's first choice and Changmin has made a few comments that he was only stuck with Jeong Hyun because everyone else has chosen or no one else was around (that hurt, bro).
So because of the above, although I am supporting these two, I'm also shipping with caution. At this point, I wouldn't mean seeing Jeong Hyun and Chan Kyu end up together as good friends. Like now I'm shipping these pairs as friends and not as couples:
Ugh. I don't know what's worse for me, this or Kamisama no Ekohiiki. I only managed to watch more episodes of this one because of Naito. If probably he was paired with Fujiwara who acted with him in Ikemen-do: Minan Gakuen Monogatari, maybe it could be better? Is it Kaneda's character written badly or is it Seto's acting just not good enough?
I don't know what to say about this one, the premise is good and the story is nice and despite the repeated idea…
God, I thought I was the only one who was bored. But for me it started from episode 3. And they kept repeating the same thing. It's like 3/4 of the episode is a rehash of the previous episodes with only 1/4 as a new idea. I'm not really fond of body-swapping because it feels like a cop out of BLs. Pretty much like queer baiting.
Hows the love triangle? Is it major? I am not a fan of love triangle tho
I watched this back in 2013, but as I recall, there's pretty much no contest as in this is more of a courtroom drama than romance I would say. We pretty much know from the get-go that the two leads will be the endgame.

Either way, the cringe is real.
