I wish I read this advice BEFORE i watched the drama. I'm stuck in hell now after reading the manhua, watching the donghua and am now in the middle of the novel and I can't move on!!!!

@ephermal @phoe-enex Thanks for your support. The funny thing is some people are so triggered with that one word when in my original post I did say that the drama reeked of longing and love as is the definition of romance.
And Bromance is still a type of romance, if not, it would be called male bonding, brotherhood, etc

I see people just scanning comments ready to pounce from the sidelines just so they can spout highly convoluted, seemingly intellectual comments as if we are going to be graded on how well we debate on a Dramalist website.
Whatever happened to just expressing enjoyment about the drama?

And to note I would have watched GL dramas as well if they are any good ones. Aside from thr Handmaiden, the ones I watched were so meh. It seems biased that they have more selections of Asian BL/gay themes than GL/lesbian story lines, but that's a discussion for another day.

And what is great about the drama is not just the bromance but there is actually meat to the story....to see how characters are flawed but still have redeeming qualities and not everything is black or white. So amazing so amazing story!!!!!

Best drama ever!!!! I was so afraid that the censorship will ruin things but they did not!!!! I was really pissed with how censorship ruined Advance bravely ..don't get me wrong...that drama was good but could be better. BUT THIS is drama is OFF the chart!!!! The glances between LZ and WWX reek of longing and love....they didn't have to kiss or hug to show they love each other. Great actors both as well the rest of the cast.

This drama set the bar so high everything i watch next may not live up to it....so

The only ongoing series that actually I took a risk on and paid off was LBC....others even my highly anticipated TWM:NC , My Dream , Cause you're my boy and countless others just wasted my damn time,, good thing in all cases I was smart enough to drop after 2 episodes.....even then...time still wasted......

Yes!.Yes! Yes! It looks like someone trying to make a great dish by putting like 20 ingredients together without mixing it... and so all the ingredients have competing flavors instead of focusing on a few key ingredients to bring out a
distinctive taste.

I totally agree with you...this could be a better drama if they cut out unnecessary scenes like the few scenes with Tang yi and Andy in the beginning (I know it was to get shao fei jealous but it didnt need to be dragged out.......and they introduced too many characters and did bits of every body here and there instead of just focusing on a select few.....like even on episode 18.....they didn't even need to put the boss's daughter getting married and that could have done it quicker.....
They even the guy who was obsessed with Tang Yi that died....do they really need to show that too? Are they trying to show how popular Tang Yi is with the guys that pretty much almost everyone has a crush on him?

I would have just focused on two pairings instead of all these 1 sided crushes that went nowhere

For anybody who has the links to the subs of AU's page which was taken down, pls don't post here as he has already moved his clips 3 times in less than a week as people are reporting them. DM is the way to go and it's getting more difficult to find out where AU is. I believe some people here in this comment section have offered to DM the links so please use that instead.
