Am I to assume that the ending will be different...that FH will not give birth to the crown prince...or that FH will not be the empress dowager...that the emperor and FJM will not die together... that at the end FH and FJM will be together?

I'm happy Cui Xi left Xue Tang but why can't she have it all like Bao Qi?! The man (not Xue Tang), son, and shop! She has all the girls to take care of and train but I want more for her. She loved Xuishan, She should have a family of her own to pass down her legacy. I really hope that Cui Xi's ending is overwhelmingly happy!
I was really hoping the leads in this drama would pull this drama out of the dumps BUT ....NO! From the beginning I thought this was going to be a good drama (not excellent, but worth my time). No, this drama went downhill! The SLs got on all of my nerves. It became hard to watch! I'm rolling my eyes now because I watched it.
I know everyone wants Haishi and Jianming together but I don't. He helped to raise her and mold her, now he wants to be with her. It's weird to me. I know I am in the minority, but I just really wish they were raised together, competed together, and then fell in love. But who am I but a spectator to the drama that is unfolding.
This week I re-watched NIF and NIF2. My takeaway from NIF2 is that Lin Xi was not the girl for Pingjing. There are other women...he should have let her go! The lead female in NIF did not have a happy ending with Su gege, so LX could have just been left to her own devices and traveled like she wanted by HERSELF!

I too want to know. I was going to drop this drama but ep 18 made me want to continue just so I know what is going on. I'm really here for Bin Bin. I skip all of the Xiang Nan (doctor) scenes. I think Xio Lie is too naive and Han Shuang is so annoying. But Bin Bin works with the script. His character should be been more sexy and menacing. He plays those types of characters well.
Why are the dramas with the hot sexy scenes are only on for 13-16 episodes and the ones with chaise kisses and hand holding is on for 50-100 episodes!!!! Jasper was sexy in this drama!!! I liked it a lot! Jasper has a great smile and really great muscles in his arms!!!
Why was the drama so cruel to Tian Yong and Xiao Xue?!!! I wanted a better ending but at least they tied up all the loose ends. Loved Johnny in this series. The FL was too immature to be a doctor and her best friend was mature but an idiot. :( Grown women are better than they portrayed.
I really enjoyed this Lakorn!!!! This is my second time watching and I still enjoyed it!! The ML was phenomenal!! The FL was great! She was a bit naive but she did not get on my nerves as much as some do. The casting was really good. At least we got an ending that made a lot of sense and didn't seem rushed.
I binged the series this week. I was only really invested in 1 and 4 because I love Weir and Mik. Especially Weir!!!!! Anyway, I would give the series 7/10. All the FL leads drove me crazy. But it had Weir and Mik in it so, I can forgive the series for the FL leads.
I am up to ep 22. I have not disliked a character so much as Zhou Ran and Mi Gu! AND why does a grown woman who is a doctor have to sound like a 10 year old!!!! (just my opinion)
Okay, I like the ML and SML. Drama was cute at time, but I just cannot stand the baby talk from the FL. Drives me crazy. She is a grown woman for goodness sake!!!
