I really like Sun Li and Luo Jin but cannot find a time for this, is the rating 8.3 fair? I would watch anything…
It's fair for me. This drama is one of my favourite cdrama. But depends on what kinda drama is your cup of tea. This drama is more on slice of life than romance, and the romance is a slow burn. Not insta romance.
Dude same!! Honestly on the last 6 episodes I was hoping that those big questions and secrets will be revealed…
Right?!?!? I was surprised at every turn. When you just predict the plot and then bammmm! they drop another unexpected bomb. The wait to sooo painful to bear. Lets pray we can endure this.
3 episodes in and I was alreading regretting my choice of picking up this drama. Why? because it was soooo damn good but I know it will end in a cliffhanger as there will be season 2. In 2022. I mean, what!?!?!?!?! Oh nooooo. I feel like punching something. That's more than a year of waiting period. *rolling on my bed crying*
The 2ML syndrome here was pretty strong. I remember during the airing period of this drama, everyone was like…
I rooted for Chung Myung too at first. Haha. But as the story progresses, I understood why Man Wol chose Chan Sung. Chan Sung was true to his feelings and protected her from the start, whereas Chung Myung couldn't do so due to his responsibility, and thus sacrified himself. But Man Wol never feel protected when she was with Chung Myung. She was always walking on eggshells. That's how I feel at least. Haha.
Nope. Not yet. Waiting for it to end, then I'll start. Is it any good? Really hope LDH will get a lot of main role. His acting was good here.
Usually when I want to start a new drama, I would watch the FMV in youtube first. Most of the time it helps me choose which drama suits my interest or not. However In the case of Hotel de Luna, it backfired.
I don't know why, the FMVs I watched in youtube gave me the assumption that the FL is totally indifferent towards the ML and still hung up with her past lover, while the ML is the one that chases her. I dislike a plotline where one of the lead still hung up on their previous love that makes the other lead as their rebound (one of the reason why I dislike Do You Like Brahms. Find me in your memory however is an exception for me since the chemistry of the leads were amazing there). Therefore, I steered clear from this drama.
I was able to pick this drama up on an impulse as I needed a break from fluffy romance. I only wanted to watch the first episode, and I ended binged watching the entire drama. IU's acting here was amazing! Never been a fan to Jin Goo, but his acting here was superb. The plot... oh the plot... I should never doubt the Hong sisters! Was surprised at every turn! The OST was great, side characters were great, graphic was great, I mean, what is there to hate? Everything was perfect!
And the ending? I believe it was a happy one. Some comments said it was a sad one, some said they were confused, some said it's a happy ending. For me, it was a happy ending. That last scene for me was fast forwarded to the future of them being reincarnated and able to lead the life they have always wanted. Of course, others would interpret it differently. But I choose to believe they get their HEA.
Saw in a youtube video the FL slept with someone. Was it the ML or someone else? Not a fan of the leads sleeping with someone else just to take revenge.
He rescued her when she was young. Both having lost their parents. They raised eachother as siblings. They are…
Ohhhh. Wonder why Sang Sang is so innocent. She's just 13 when the story begins. So this means their romance build up slowly till the end of the series and started to go serious in Season 2 then? Because i read some comments saying the romance is quite subtle in this season since the characters are very young.
Can someone help me to breakdown the romance here? I'm just fes episodes in. I'm a bit confused as to his relationship with the princess and Sang Sang. I don't mind any spoiler.
oh thank God. There's not even 1 character that I dislike in this drama. The plot was not dragged. The acting by the actors and actresses were super amazing! The crying scenes just rip your soul out as they were carried out well. All in, a perfect 10 for me.
