I don't know about being famous, But the rating is 8.1. Anything rated 8 and above is high for me. The drama is just a typical romance drama. Nothing new bout the plot in my opinion. Same old typical either FL/ML have a weird illness and only the other can help. Kinda like that.

True! I agree it being better than those high rated dramas (but I love 'Love 020' tho. Haha!). But still yep. I think this is waaaa better than Poisoned Love, Put your head on my shoulder, Lucky's First Love and My Love Enligten Me.
Of course, this is my personal preference. Others would think differently. Hehe.
Nope. Dropped after ep 2.. or 3.. I don't remember. I just don't feel it. No chemistry. Plot was weak. No depth in characters (I know this is justa light fluffy historical romance but still... ). In short, a big NO for me.

Right?!? Haha. Totally worth the time on waiting them becoming a couple. They just naturally fell in love. Not like those insta love that do not make sense at all.

Nooo. Not at all. In fact, she had a crush on someone else first before she fell in love with the ML. Just keep on watching. The plot will get better, so do the characters. Trust me. =)
I'm a big fan of romance melodrama. But I dunno why, I find the premise of this drama unappealing for me despite the high rating. Not a big fan of third person interfering with the leads' romance when it comes to melodrama. Hmm. I'll come back to this drama when I'm ready.
Hi, I know this is not connected to this thread, but would you be able to recommend some drama with someone (character)…
If you mean mature romance with a calm ML like Aunty Xu, then I have a few.
1. Dating in the Kitchen (cdrama) 2. My Sunshine (cdrama) 3. Love 020 (cdrama) 4. Something in the Rain (kdrama) 5. One Spring Night (kdrama) 6. Find Me in your Memory (kdrama) 7. Her Private Life (kdrama) 8. When the Weather is Fine (kdrama) 9. A piece of your mind (kdrama) 10. Oh My Venus (kdrama) 11. Go go squid (cdrama) 12. Unrequited Love (cdrama) 13. Love lost in time (historical cdrama)
These are my recommendations. They are a mix of melodrama, romance comedy and also a historical drama. All of the male leads are the calm and cool type like Aunty Xu. And the romance are mature and well built. Have fun watching. =)
By second couple, you do not mean the delusional villain and the newspaper editor do you? If so, that more than…
Yep. Them. Well, I'm not saying what he did was forgivable. It certainly would not be in the real world, as he tried to do something bad to the FL. I mean, who would befriend someone who nearly asault you?
However, putting that aside, I like the romance between him and the newspaper editor. They have that cool couple vibe. Hero with dark past, heroine with her own badass personality. Would certainly watch a drama with this kind of background character for the main leads. Reminds me of Healer in a way.
Another one, an old taiwanese drama. Autumn concerto.
I've watched well intended love and something about one percent. The latter is one of my favourite too! forgot to mention in the list. Haha. The kissing scenes were epic!
Haven't watched ten miles of peach blossom. Will check it out!
Totally underrated! This drama deserve the rating above 8 in my opinion. Plot was smooth, acting was great, and the story make sense, despite it being a fantasy based drama. You can just see the flow of them from enemy, to friendship, business partner and lastly lovers. No instant love nor rushing ending. The acting was also superb. I was shocked to learn that this is the FL's debut drama. Wow! can't wait to watch more of her work.
Don't be fooled by the rating, guys. This drama is a hidden gem!
I think that Thais make the best remake and adaptation! This drama does not fall short if you want to compare it with the original korean version. The same feeling I had when I watch Full House and Kiss Me. Can't wait for their remake of Boss and Me. Hopefully it will turn out great too.

ALL. haha. i don't really watch sad ending dramas. All I've listed are my all time favourite. But, if you ask me the best among all, I would have to say it's a tie between Find me in Your Memory and Something in the Rain. Both are slow paced drama. Find me in your memory has a bit of mystery element while Something in the Rain focuses more on their relationship and social stigma about older woman being with a younger guy (but their chemistry was off the chart! )
If you are into historical dramas, then I would suggest Love Lost in Time and Princess Wei Young. However, Princess wei young has a bittersweet ending. But still, i like the romance maturity between the leads. I'm not that into stupid misunderstanding and miscommunications.

Can't agree more. I keep on feeling disappointed with the recent dramas be it kdramas or cdramas as they are too childish for my taste. Dramas that I think have mature story line similar to this drama (aside those you have mentioned) are: Something In the Rain One spring Night Unrequited Love Mask A piece of your mind When the weather is fine Find me in your memory It's ok it's love Oh My venus
same here. I mean, life is tough enough. Dramas are where we need everything ends well. I can go crazy for a week if I accidentally watch one with sad ending.
This drama was not as I exptected at all. The rating is below 8, which i think is an understatement. They took time to fall in love, which i like. Plus, i really love the second couple. In fact, I may like them better than the main couple since both characters were so cool and badass!
Can you suggest any drama below 8 rating but is actually good? because some dramas only got high ratings due to the amount of kissing scenes in the dramas IMO.
I'm taking my chance on this drama. Lately have been watching those modern cdramas rated 8 and above but turns out to be meh. This drama was rated below 8 but I'm just gonna take my chances. Hopefully it doesn't disappoint.
Of course, this is my personal preference. Others would think differently. Hehe.
