A Dream Within a Dream (2025) is an absolutely thrilling ride from start to finish! The storyline keeps you hooked with unexpected twists and emotional depth. While episodes 10 to 20 dragged a little with unnecessary scenes, the pace picks up again by episode 22 — and from there, it’s non-stop excitement all the way to a very satisfying ending! 🤩
Liu Yuning truly shines in the lead role — his performance is powerful, convincing, and full of emotion. It’s no surprise he continues to be one of China’s top actors.
Highly recommended for anyone who usually finds C-dramas boring. This one breaks the mold. Every episode is filled with surprises, tension, and emotional beats that hit just right.
