a production has call sheets (a detailed schedule of scenes to be filmed) that are released every night before a shooting day. in Cdramas these call sheets are leaked/sold to fans or paparazzi who then follow the production to release daily behind-the-scenes (also known as reuters) videos. shooting scripts can also be leaked during production. this is more for idol dramas though, the more serious ones try keep things secret as much as they can.
