Pachinko is giving me goosebumps from the very beginning. Can't help but acknowledge the cinematic values. Apple…
2 complaints to make. First the production team barely has anyone who is Korean. Second, the subtitles team has messed up a big time. I have noticed more than 10 instances where 2 English words got no space in between.
Kim Cheol, the character, is something that all of us unaskingly fell in love with, no? < 10000% yes. By the end…
Honestly, for a good long time, I tried to understand Jong Suk's pov, to my best, but the arch in the latter half of the story made me abandon my interest in him to extents, especially from the 10th episode. I do agree, a diverge shade to his character was shown by the writer in the finale, and I appreciate it. Glad that we feel the same about Jin Ah's character being drawn as a supplement. Thank you for reading through :)
I am aware some users were very uncharitable to you in the comments, but this is a really fair and reasonable…
Thank you so much for taking your time to read through and I'm relieved you have the exact same feelings as mine, about this show. I am not sure what the writer intends to do next since they ended the show mysteriously also by introducing new characters, but that surely was unnecessary. It would have been a lil finer without the last 5 minutes, as well.
It was Jong Suk who led Cheol to death. I mean obviously I didn't think he actually killed him by pushing off…
That isn't clearly shown yet. The 11th and 12th eps have the answer but remember the last night scene where jong suk tells cheol that he's disappointed with cheol's change of mind about committing suicide? I think even after climbing onto the walls, cheol was still reluctant or something? And that's why Jong suk pushed him?
So … what is the science behind it? Care to explain for those of us who are not science students?
I in no way meant to refer that non science students can not understand. There are certain statements attempting to mock people who have rated it low, saying it's because they didn't understand it and I wanted to imply that there are people like me who understood it and still think the drama is of poor quality. I know my poor choice of words have offended you and I apologize for that but even so I understood what all happened in the show, I would choose to retain my views.
So basically you're saying because you are a science student, you're automatically supposed to be very smart and…
No no. I no way meant that i am smart. Its just I wanted to counter the point that "you don't like it bcs you don't understand it". So i mean to say, I understood it but it was still a mess as a drama. Very simple. But I now realize that my statement itself was a stupid reasoning. Sorry from my side.
Very funny how some people assumed that a set of people dislike the drama bcs they didn't get the science behind it? Guess what? I am a science student. Even if it is a scifi, anything that is a story gotta be judged and analysed on the quality of plot development and execution, otherwise the most reasonable element will definitely feel the most absurd. This is what many people (who are making laughable and prejudiced comments) failed to understand or may be are in denial.
I don't think i am the only one who had predicted that
It was Jong Suk who led Cheol to death. I mean obviously I didn't think he actually killed him by pushing off the balcony but I was sure he was involved. In no way, I am stating the show is predictable, rather the writer knowingly drop such hints.
