Watched ep 1-6 in a go and I must say I like it. The pilot episode did it's job of creating curiosity and the later episodes raised the excitement with the intertwined yet intriguing plot development. However, after the interval in the 6th episode, I have become uncertain, as in whether it'll be able to keep up the quality. The lobby killing was very sudden and felt unnecessary to me, as the person was a vvvv important character which could have been better utilised in the later half of the show. Also, some events tell me that they will drag the plotline for the rest 4 episodes.
guys who is CIW friend and how he is betraying, I wanna know in advance. and tell me the first episode rich brat…
Kang joins Moon Gyu to save his company.
The rich brat is taught a lesson soon in the story but he still is an important part of the story till the end, as he's the lead villain's son. There is a prominent character development for him.
i absolutely don't understand why this got so many negative reviews. i couldn't watch it while it aired so i didn't…
Exactly. I have reflected my issues with the writing in my ratings by giving it an overall 7.5 but I realized I should still be honest about how good this show was.
Finished the pilot episode and didn't really like it. Obviously not dropping before 4 episodes but it seems unlikely that I am gonna be happy about it. The acting is what bothers me the most. Hopefully it's a decent show.
Thank you for your detailed review. I would agree with your assessment and rating. I also gave it a 9, but based…
Thank you so much for taking your time to read through and happy you could relate to it. Also, yes! In fact, all of us were expecting the outcomes of the present day to be something as meaningful as the journey of the past that moved our hearts, but was plainly bland and couldn't draw lines between the time periods, which is a shame for something as great as the overal show.
Couldn't agree more with the comment with spoiler tag. I am still giving a 9 bcs I have been loving it all along, otherwise I would have given it 9.5 if not for the ending. ๐ค๐ค๐ค Disappointed, not sad.
I know a lot of people were not a fan of this drama, I loved it however, this show reminded me of the mortality…
Same. Most of the people are disappointed only bcs the drama didn't went the way they wished. Son Ye Jin getting all the spotlight surely deducts some point but if that's the point for abrupt ratings, then there is surely unnecessary hate.
Jihyun needed way more screen time and for us to know her better. Itโs unfortunate
She's actually not that famous though I have liked her in the past to a great deal so it's understandable that she didn't get much, but how much she got wasn't justified either, given that she's cited as a central character in the drama. So yeah! It's unfortunate.
As someone who favors Mido more than Yejin, I am as mad as you for the latter getting the major screentime plus Jihyun getting the least attention, but do we have something else to complain about? I'm sure most of the people would not have commented if less famous actors were casted for Chan Young and Jo Hee. Anyways, this thing surely deducts some points from the overall impression but if y'all gonna cite that as a reason for dropping the drama or rating it this low, then I'd say, there's a lack of judgement. I would like to add that the flow of direction for this drama went inconsistent in the later half, adding a logical criticism, but rating it under 7 would be pure idiocy. ๐
When I see 2521 fans saying despite NJH and KTR not promoting 2521, It's still creating the biggest buzz in Korea.…
Yeah exactly! Kim tae ri is a movie girl and even with very little experience, the dramas she goes for, has to be very very very good. Among actors, someone similar is Ryu Jun Yeol.
I see a lot of disappointment manifesting in the comment section and I can't tell you how badly I wanted to complain the exact same things yesterday when I watched 6 episodes in one go. But but but, if you think with a clear mind, our disappointments are the outcomes from our preexisting expectations from the drama. And just bcs things are not like what we had anticipated from this, we are complaining. Everyone ia definitely entitled to do so, very well, but, what I also want to say is, leaving out those expectations and the disappointments that has resulted this is a good show. Simply put, without any expectations, you could have actually liked it. I also don't think it's a very good good show, but it is beautiful and meaningful, there is no doubt. I think I am able to convey what I actually mean.
