to add to that, people also need to consider the cultural aspects… like if you watch Korean bls, there’s “hyung” which couples use & while it’s literal meaning is “older brother” its connotation isn’t. Just like “uncle” “daddy” (or whatever pet name, take your pick) don’t literally mean a family member or caretaker, etcetera. maybe imagine this: someone’s pet name is “kitten” or “puppy”, does that mean their partner is into beastiality? Or let’s say “angel”… sacrilege? it’s all in the connotation, we all have our own feelings and experiences that come with those, just some food for thought 💭

and agreed… even if we don’t understand it, we shouldn’t shame it 🤷🏻‍♀️

ngl, it took me a hot minute to get into the whole mama-papa bc upon initial exposure it felt a bit cringe... but then I realized, it quite fit those two 😂 & if that's what gets them going, then who am I to interrupt their love fest haha 🖤 now, I love their mama-papa bedroom talk... such cuties (only they can pull it off in my books) 🫶🏽

fair warning, if you are new to the omegaverse (like me haha, my first read into this genre) it takes some time in getting used to 😅 I truly started enjoying the novel gearing towards the end, around the time that Charlie's accident is set to happen bc the emotions evoked are unmatched ✨😭 the amount of tears that I shed....

I’d buy it in a heartbeat 🤭✨🫶🏽I wholeheartedly agree, wish they had more episodes to incorporate those finishing details but with the amount of episodes given… they had no other choice but to leave out some bits and pieces 🥲Yes! 💚🥹

LOVED the series, but I wish it had ended a bit differently... this was the episode that I most wanted to follow the novel and in general, it did; however, it was the details that I was missing. Like the reunion scene between Charlie + Babe, it was missing the genuine longing and sadness... Charlie was definitely not smiling in the book and just nodding his head, he was concerned for Babe's life and demanding why Babe was in Tony's house. Charlie had a plan in the novel, but in the series it just looks like Charlie just shows up? Also, Charlie is very much part of the action throughout the novel but in the series.... especially the part where Tony is shooting at Babe, there is no way in hell that Charlie in the novel would have allowed that. In fact, Charlie shields Babe's body from the bullet that Tony sends his way while Way jumps in front of Charlie & that's how Way dies in the novel.

Also, the last interaction between Babe and Way... wasn't much of a fan. Again, wish that dialogue had followed the novel, more bittersweet... 💭

And there definitely should have been a scene between Charlie and Babe that went over Charlie's immense guilt over everything involving Babe bc in the series it comes off as if it's all water under the bridge... 🥺

I just wanted more 😭 but..... all things considered, I absolutely enjoyed the whole experience & I am grateful to have been a part of this journey with the series + cast from start to finish 💚
