Even the track names such as " Before I Die" or "My Farewell" bring back all the feelings of this drama.
To those who are hesitating to watch this drama for the terminal illness tag, i recommend giving it a try. It will become one of the best Korean dramas you have ever seen.

the kiss scenes and their chemistry was amazing. the rest, not so much lol
