I may have missed something in the translation but is JDJ has a different biological grandmother in the story as alluded to in Ep 8? That is Grandaddy had an affair and JDJ father is the result of that....is this right and who else knows?

Well said. The visuals and casting of the leads cement this story into the C Ent stratosphere. LX charisma is self evident and jumping out of the screens into viewers hearts. He is a star in the making.
ZY has that innocent fragility she portrays well though her strengths could be overshadowed by CFY/LX star qualities.

I don't usually watch youth dramas and the title is very off putting but surprisingly enjoying this. If you are looking for cute and adorable 2D characters then this is probably not the drama for you. I think this deserves more popularity.

Why aren't more people appreciating how the storyline is quite developed in characters for C drama. I'm usually a fast forwarder and I've watched every episode so far.

This is a LOT better than the usual teen school drama. Characters are more well rounded and less 2 dimensional. Lets see how it plays out.
