Why does Ian Yi's character 'Mo Zi Xin' reminds me of his character in Well-Intended Love series? Also, I fast forward when the second couple comes on screen - feel like they have no contribution to the story.
Not yet. I'm waiting for the subs to be available from ep 19 onwards. BUT from am so so so so tempted to watch without the subs. That second couple...they are very cringey and very odd pairing. The adopted sister of the FL? Gah she's annoying. FL sister and ... sigh.... the ML's sister. Basically, all the sisters. Why do we do this to ourselves? haha
Watched 2 episodes. So far, it's ok. Full of romance tropes and reminds me a bit like the silliness of 'Well-Intended Love'. Will watch it to the end as I'm up for a bit of fun π
I have such a soft for Taiwanese actors :) After watching Ten Miles of Peach Blossom/Eternal Love, I was on Mark Chao's train and was binging on Taiwanese actors for a while. And most of the actors on this list, I recognise and watched few of their works. Great job in compiling this list!
What a timely article. I am in the fourth episode of 'Love the Way You Are' and within those four episodes, I have lost count the amount of time the ML pin the FL to a wall and other characters doing the same thing to others!
I love the fluffy C-romance dramas but the obscene amount of unconsented physical behaviours to demonstrate the masculinity of the ML and his interest towards the FL is barbaric. It also demonstrates the lack of creativity of the writers to include this old romance drama tropes.
What a fun article! I have watched Move to Heaven, The Devil Judge, Mysterious Love and Hot Stove League, but not interested in Navillera and Doom at Your Service (well, 45% interested).
MTH - the two leads definitely carry the show. HSL - a brilliant show where it has tight pacing and tight storyline. TDJ - it was hard to finish in the second half of the drama. Mysterious Love.....it is a fluffy brainless drama that I watched in between those 'dark and heavy shows'.
