Quick question on why some characters have 2 different names? Is one suppose to be more of a nickname while the…
It's their "pet name" given by their family when they were young. For example, the ML, his legal name is Song Mo, but petname is Yang Tang. The only character with three name is the guy who will become the monk. His 3rd name is his monk's name. Hope that help.
THANK YOU so much for explaining the FL's body swap thingy esp in the first two episodes. I'm reading your review whilst watching Ep2 and was confused with the female actress on the credits and MDL list with the actual actress who played YCW in eps 1&2. Your review made sense of it haha
From the poster alone, I was gearing myself for another schmaltzy cdrama romcom with painted white face actors, white hue of some random Chinese city with super clean streets and minimal traffic. Halfway of ep1, I thought it was a Taiwanese drama. It is gritty, traffic, grey streats and alleyways. AND the actors are over 25 years old with a realistic timeline of professional experience.
Great review and agree on Elvis Han π. And hello Virgie π

Within 3 episodes, he slap, she slap, old lady slap, told to get out of relationship, child entered a stranger's car, boulders crashing down and lots of sexual assaults. And why am I still pressing 'next episode'? π«£π€£
The step-sisters' ballgowns are a hoot! Very foodie inspire - thinly sliced cucumbers as a hat, thinly sliced red apples as a necklace and macaroon as hairclip π€£ So quirky!
Great review and agree on Elvis Han π.
