I think he is annoyed Su Yu is taking her word seriously. I get that. Wu Bi is like a little puppy following Su…
I know, but it was weird for Su Yu to even take her words seriously. It is something I hated in Novel, and I was hoping "Stay With Me" would take a fresh approach.
Despite the problematic tropes and scenes in Addicted, I like premise, I believe it has potential to be a great story.
I became optimistic with "Stay With Me" when Wu Bi's dad waited house in the car for him. The dad who did that wouldn't really sent gangsters after them, right? I hope they also humanize Wu Bi's cousin. I really don't want faking the death trope.
I really really hope you are right. Because I really hated that part. That's when I tossed the novel aside. I couldn't take it anymore. It's 2023, just go to the police. 🙄
But then, the Stay With Me is set in the same period as it was written, isn't it?
Someone who has watched the trailer and read the novel, or atleast know the gist of the novel, reply, please.
So, they are really going with the accident and Su Yu faking his death? Really? I thought this adaptation was going to be lighter and happier compared to novel and 2016 adaptation.
Oh my god!!! Why didn't Wu bi just admit to Su Yu that he doesn't like her? In that way, there'll be less things…
I think he is annoyed Su Yu is taking her word seriously. I get that. Wu Bi is like a little puppy following Su Yu around. Su Yu was an idiot at that moment to even consider the possibility that Wu Bi might like her.
